BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am in charge of the creative team at Cadena + Asoc. Concept Design. We develop multidisciplinary and collaborative projects focused on architecture, interior design, branding, and product development. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Sociedad Fantasma?

Given its ability to conceptualize and develop ideas through animation, Ghost Society was essential to convey the new image of the commercial company KIOSKO® in an animated video.

What were your goals for this project?

Generate a video that will communicate our brand’s transition by using friendly language to associating the key elements of KIOSKO® and align with the guiding concept.

How did you select this vendor?

I met their professional projects through networks, the most impressive was the project they made for Google Maps of Mexico City. It helped a lot to know their skills as creators of multimedia content.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

Their processes and methodology were very helpful to visualize the final result and give clarity to the client at all times, ideal for giving feedback, comments or polishing ideas. They gave great amounts of detail at each stage, and it was very helpful to have complete animation and specific sound effects in each frame.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Through its producer, we define dates and schedules of reviews and deliveries. This helped us to map out checkpoints with the customer. They consistently provided us with feedback and responded well to suggestions from us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We did well, in the sense that we already had much of the brand development-ready, it helped us a lot to have a vision of where the project should move and rely on the work of the SF team. We used video calls, messages, emails, and attention at all times for development.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are always able to deliver creative solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Sizing the scope and clarity of each of the deliveries, this can sometimes come implicitly in each quote but if it would improve to present the quotes have no doubts.
