We hired SocialFin to redesign our website to get a facelift for our company for rebranding purposes

I found Andrej through Upwork and had a chat with him and contacted him directly. The deciding factor would be his vision when pitching the project and how it aligns with mine as well as the fact that he's in Singapore

Designing the entire website from scratch basically using WordPress and making sure that it is designed for practical use where the goal is for lead generation

I only got to see Andrej but I do understand from him there are 4 people working on this project

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since the website is still new, I can't provide metrics, but I'm satisfied with how the whole look of the website turn out to be. They managed to carry out my vision completely.

We usually chat through whatsapp and any materials would be sent through email and google drive. When there's massive work to be done to the website, we'll be doing google meet. Andrej is always on the ball and provide a timely update as well as very responsive

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Something unique I would point out is how "human" they feel. So I feel completely heard and it feels like there's a lot of emotional intelligence in the communication side of things. That help push the project in the right direction

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would probably say inconsistencies arises on the detailing of things, but those are minor issues and it'll only be major if it's not properly addressed, which they did almost immediately

We hired SocialFin to lead our social media management to help us gain name recognition, grow our audience, and engage our audience. In addition, we employed SocialFin to create and manage our FB Ads to help us sell our course to people interested in instructional design and eLearning.

I interviewed several companies and I liked the offer and the presentation that Kath put together best. She was clear in what they could offer, what the price would be, and how they manage the process.

We defined who my target audience was, we set up a plan for creating and approving social media messages/graphics, we implemented and tweaked/improved as we went. A similar process was followed for FB Ads.

I primarily worked with Kath and she managed her team.

Our social media followers have not only grown but the quality of the postings and engagement has improved as well.

We have a very effective workflow in place. Kath is super accessible.

I have been impressed with how well they have come to understand what instructional design is and what prospective instructional designers are interested in and built graphics and FB ads to target my ideal audience.

We were a new brand with only a 100 over followers on Instagram. We had trouble bringing our brand out and also I had no expertise in content marketing or branding. When I found socialfin, my goals were 1) grow my brand on social media 2) improve on the branding of my company.

How did you select SocialFin and what were the deciding factors?

Kath found me through linkedin and approached me! She was very friendly and told me more about how Socialfin can help my brand grow. I had spoken to many different companies but as a small business, I was not able to afford a large sum in the beginning and I was apprehensive as many brands only gave the option of 3 months and I didnt think the results they promised fit the duration. Socialfin gave the option of monthly fees which was great and ideal for a small business like mine.

Socialfin had a call with me to ask more about my brand and things that related to it - target audience, price range. Afterwards, they came up with social media deliverables (posts and instagram stories). They used a software to help keep track and also inform me of the photos that they will post to social media.

The founder has kept in touch with me throughout and I am also working with their social media specialist.

Their campaigns are extremely successful. I grew from 100 over followers on instagram to 1.2K in just a few months. Apart from that sales has also increased.

We had zoom meetings and emailing them was very efficient as they would reply in the same day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Apart from providing digital marketing needs, what impressed me the most was that the founder is extremely helpful and guides me when I am unclear of what to do. She gives a personal touch to this service which i deeply appreciate and am extremely thankful for. Their quality of work is amazing and up to my expectation.

I am with Nirwana Gardens Bintan as Marketing Communications Manager for more than 5 years. Nirwana Gardens Bintan is a 5-star beach resort situated at Bintan Island, an hour ferry away from Singapore. We have more than 200 staff and a total of 350 guests rooms. I manage and oversee the marketing promotion and advertising of the product; build and maintain company's public relations prospects as well as social media marketing.

We were looking for social media expertise to manage our social media platforms, hoping for a different creativity and content in our marketing campaign.

We hope that with a different social media content, there will be an increase in engagement, profile followers and a broader reach of our brand through campaigns.

We have selected SocialFin out of 6 agencies because we believed that they are able to produce a creative and good content after reviewing the initial proposal. Their flexibility and prompt in correspondence giving us confidence in this partnership.

After confirmation in partnership, we had a series of discussions on our goals, expectation and company branding.The team took initiative in understanding our company business nature after we have sent them the necessary information. The working process works well and had a smooth transitions. The comments given were taken noted and action accordingly. The social media postings are well scheduled based on the requirement.

What was the team composition?

I have been communicating with Ms Kathleen, mostly through email and via Whatsapp. This is the only contact point between us and SocialFin but Kathleen is responsive and friendly. She will convey the message to her team and is well versed so far.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After a month on our social media, we gradually see the increase in followers and engagement. The slight growth is noticeable despite the global pandemic situation and the resort is not in full operation at the moment.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had an easy communication with Kathleen which makes it hassle-freeand fast in problem solving. The workflow in post approval is easy to handle and has no issue.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I am impressed with the hassle-free backend procedures and the prompt action when there are last minutes amendments.

Perhaps a more analytical reporting and to provide suggestions of improvement and direction for the client's consideration.
