Sobefy was extremely responsive. More often than not, they were following up with us to keep the project flowing on time, smoothly and successfully. This was our first time delving into ecommerce, as we are primarily a B2B business. 
Sobefy really leaned in as experts in this space to provide us guidance, best practices (both in function and content), suggest vendors like photographers (who were also fantastic and in our budget), and they were really accommodating and flexible with additional requets as our vision and needs evolved.

Sobefy really meets you where you are and truly collaborates with you to bring your vision to life. It was the opposite of a previous experience where we were in the dark half the time. They had a very broad range of capabilities beyond setting up a storefront, and we are so grateful because they helped educate us on a number of possibilities within Shopify to help make our store a success.

They seamlessly transitioned our hard coded site to a brand new sparkly Shopify theme. They made the needed modifications to retain our desired look and feel especially with the site header, made app recommendations for the checkout, and overall improved the look, performance, and usability of the site. We can now update almost everything without paying a developer which has been huge!

Sobefy created a Shopify store and onboarded us onto it. They designed and implemented a new theme and organized our inventory and imported it to the store.

We worked with one designer who was our point of contact during the initial phase of the project, then we worked with a developer and a Shopify account manager to help answer any questions and help us import our inventory.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

When Covid started impacting our physical retail operations, having a new website that would serve as our catalog and point of contact with clients helped us stay afloat and we actually did really well during our Mother's Day sale. Everything moved online and that was thanks to how easy it was for both customers and our team to navigate on the new site.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was divided into 3 phases. The first phase included the website design, second phase included development, and 3rd phase included inventory implementation. We found it to be very organized as it allowed us to focus on each individual task.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their availability was what I found most impressive. I never felt like we hired an outside company. Sobefy was part of our team and always available, even at nights!

None. I'm very happy about their work and performance and will certainly use them again.

We provided them with a storyboard and a theme board. That allows us to give them an idea of what we’d like for our work. Then, they get to work, showing us our different options once they’re done iterating. The end site is pretty simple, encouraging people to take action. 

At this point, they’re our go-to team. If we ever need any changes or website help, we can call on them to make sure that things are done correctly.

He listens, works fast, and stays on schedule. If he commits to a deadline, he’ll meet it 90% of the time. They truly delivered the best possible solution to achieve our goals.
