The project was structured around three key phases. The first phase focused on redesigning the existing online store, which had previously been built using a standard Shopify theme. Following the redesign, we launched a fully customised Shopify store tailored to our brand, products, and customer experience. After seeing the positive impact of the new website, we expanded the collaboration to include ongoing SEO services and Meta advertising campaigns. We continue to work with Snuki Digital today, focusing on improving our online visibility, driving qualified traffic, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Snuki Digital created the entire website from scratch, according to my wishes and the needs of the craft. I provided them with basic information about the business, services, working hours, contacts and photos, and they designed the look and structure of the site, wrote the texts and connected everything into one clear and understandable whole.
They created the cover page, a page with our works, a blog, contact and the necessary legal pages. In addition to creating the site itself, they also took care of its visibility on Google. They conducted keyword research, optimized the site, set up protection and created and edited a Google Business profile.
The cooperation continues through site maintenance, writing blogs, publishing new works and regularly adding content. The end result is a professional and simple website that represents our craft well and helps us reach new clients.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After about three months, the business started receiving phone calls, emails, and inquiries via the contact forms on the website. By regularly publishing blogs, new projects, and additional content, we continued to improve the business's visibility on Google.

The cooperation was easy and well-organized. The agreed parts of the project were completed within the agreed deadlines, and I was regularly informed about the progress throughout the process. They answered questions quickly and understood my wishes well, even when I couldn't explain everything in detail.
They accepted all changes and suggestions without any problems and implemented them quickly. They remained available for maintenance even after the site was completed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was that they managed to understand my business from very little initial information and turn everything into a complete and professional website. They didn't just create the website, but they independently designed the content, structure and presentation of the services, and took care of SEO and Google Business profile.
Throughout the entire collaboration, they were available, responded quickly to my wishes, and suggested solutions that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. It is especially important to me that the collaboration didn't end with the website being published, but that they continue to maintain it regularly and add new content.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Snuki Digital could have done differently?

For now, I can't point out anything significant that they should have done differently. The cooperation was clear and simple, everything was done as agreed, and they always responded quickly to my inquiries and changes. I am satisfied with the work so far and the way the cooperation continues.
