• We hired Snapp to craft and align zamza’s new brand identity – including visual design, values, and messaging – and to translate it into a cohesive website and communication system that will accompany zamza through its growth stage and beyond.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of work with Snapp included a full rebranding process for zamza. This covered the development of a comprehensive brand book (visual identity, typography, color palette, logo refinements), creation of brand messaging and value alignment, and the definition of our brand strategy and corporate identity. Key deliverables included the complete design system, landing page designs, a brand video with motion graphics, and communication guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered a complete brand system that elevated zamza’s market presence. We now have a clear brand book, consistent messaging, and a strong visual identity that supports our growth story. The landing pages and branded video improved our ability to communicate with clients and investors, resulting in stronger engagement and credibility.

What impressed us most about Snapp was their ability to combine creative vision with strategic depth. They not only built a brand identity and messaging system that truly reflects zamza’s values, but also made the entire collaboration an elevated experience, delivering value beyond design itself.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Snapp could have done differently?

Honestly, we don’t see any areas for improvement, Snapp met every expectation and delivered with excellence.

I’m responsible for marketing for a medical diagnostics company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Snapp?

We needed help with video production.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Snapp created a promotional video for us using live footage. Instead of filming, they used materials they had or that we sent over. They edited the footage, added a voiceover, and designed icons to be included.

We’ve had one contact, but more teammates may have worked on the project.

We started working with Snapp around January 2023, and the project ended in March 2023.

Snapp provided a good-quality video; it was what we needed, so we were very pleased with the result. The video was published on our website.

Snapp really listened to our feedback and made all the requested changes to create great-quality work.

I’m the head of operations at Supplyve, a company that offers software to grocery stores and consumer packaged goods distributors.

What challenge were you trying to address with Snapp?

We were looking to create an animated promotional video for us to send to our clients and potential customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Snapp produced a promotional video combining animation and live-action. They walked us through all the process steps. We first told Snapp what we wanted, and then they wrote the script. Snapp shared their progress as they went along, and we gave them feedback.

Moreover, Snapp managed the complete video production and postproduction. 

What is the team composition?

I was mainly in contact with Zev (CEO & Founder).

How did you come to work with Snapp?

I found Snapp online.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Snapp for a month and a half, from November–December 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We were satisfied with the promotional video Snapp produced — it was great.  We sent the video to our clients and received good feedback. We plan to upload the video to our YouTube channel and website, although we haven’t published it yet. Overall, working with Snapp was really easy.

How did Snapp perform from a project management standpoint?

Snapp met deadlines and stayed on budget. We had excellent communication through emails and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed with Snapp’s communication skills. They were with us for every step of the process and took us from A to Z in creating the video. We’re not video experts, and  Snapp explained everything to us in an easy-to-understand way. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Snapp was great with us; I can’t think of anything for them to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend working with Snapp if you’re a startup like us. As a startup, you can’t focus on everything your company needs, and Snapp made the video-making process really easy.

I'm the co-founder of a web platform that connects surfers and photographers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Snapp, and what were your goals?

We wanted to have a short video that explains what is Swellco and how it works so we can show it to potential investors and customers.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at other productions they did and we really liked their style.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We started by talking about our goals. they created a first version that was almost accurate! from there we did a few back and forth on some comments until we were extremely satisfied.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked directly with the production company owner. every time we had feedback he delivered fast corrections.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We showed it to several members of the accelerator program that we take part in and they were thrilled. we will start using it on our social media channels soon, right after we launch.
