SMM Berline creates social media content and advertising for our Instagram and Facebook profiles, focusing on the German market.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have achieved good profits from our social media pages. We are also happy with the content on our social media. The strategy of both was quite good for us because they are focused on homemade products.

How did SMM Berlin perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed well. I mostly communicate with a girl who is the account manager. I also talk to our project work, designer, and performance manager.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're competent in content production and social media products. The implementation of the strategy was also speedy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could start making Google Ads efforts for their clients.

We needed help with our social media marketing efforts since we were using LinkedIn and Welcome to the Jungle in order to look for new employees. It was also important for us to build the right strategy in order to attract new employees.

SMM Berlin is helping us develop our social media strategy. Their work involves identifying how many posts we create, what posts we should publish, and what engagement rate we should have for our posts. In addition, their strategy is focused on gaining testimonial reviews from our external customers in order to show the best advantages of our company.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The team's support has allowed us to achieve our goal of building a strong image for our company, especially for the Paris office. Our engagement rate has also increased on LinkedIn, and that has been very important for us.

On top of that, everything has been clear as they've built a strong strategy for us. Overall, I love our collaboration, and I recommend working with SMM Berlin.

How did SMM Berlin perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through email, and we have weekly meetings. We usually get in touch on Messenger once per day or once per two days depending on the questions we have.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SMM Berlin and our company have been on the same page since the start of our project. Additionally, we've been impressed that they've been highly engaged in our project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If we decide to develop another social media channel, I prefer to work with SMM Berlin too.

What challenge were you trying to address with SMM Berlin?

We needed outsourcing services and were looking for someone to help with the marketing campaign of a new CRM solution, so we hired SMM Berlin.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We launched a new CRM product for our existing clients and needed to know our market a bit better, specifically the ages of the tenants of the landlords who are our customers. The idea was to engage a younger generation, which is why we decided to use social media.

We requested SMM Berlin to create a plan and develop content for us. The team then posted these during certain times to increase impressions, engagement, and conversions.

We worked with two people.

How did you come to work with SMM Berlin?

We found them by word of mouth. We needed urgent help so we decided to go with a smaller company instead of a large one. We also needed someone to specifically manage our funnels, and we found SMM Berlin perfect for the task. Their flexibility and quick, result-oriented approach made us choose them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around €8,000–€9,000 (approximately $10,000–$11,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started collaborating together at the beginning of 2021. We worked together for about six to eight weeks as it was urgent work, and the project ended in February 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They delivered good quality output with quick execution. We had some defined KPIs for impressions, comments, and engagement and SMM Berlin reached them. We got about a few thousand impressions for specific posts, over 50 comments, and several conversions.

How did SMM Berlin perform from a project management standpoint?

We mostly spoke through email and Google Meet. We also shared access to the account that they were in charge of managing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I would say that the most impressive thing is their speed. SMM Berlin clearly defined targets, created a quick plan, and executed it. From my perspective, everything we expected was delivered in terms of quality and speed, which was very important.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Everything was clearly defined and professionally delivered. I don’t think anything could’ve been done better.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Clients should have clear expectations of what should be done in terms of the project’s approach. I would recommend SMM Berlin in general because the people I spoke with on their team were very results-driven and took the time to explain how everything worked, how they would do it, and when they would deliver. Their approach was quite pragmatic.
