ChennaiAccounts is the Accounting startup established in the year 2020 with the main focus of helping Small & Medium Enterprises for business registration like GST, FSSAI, IE Code, Digital Signature, Company Registration and to maintain computerized accounting with all statutory compliances for their business. This is Sumathy and i'm the Founder of Chennai Accounts

When we started our business, our main goal was to create Online presence for our new brand and potential leads for our business.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We approached SMEdigital for the Online presence of our New Startup 'ChennaiAccounts'. They helped us in the creation of our Business Website and Digital marketing strategy like SEO & Google Ads etc.

With the effective website and Online marketing campaign by SMEdigital, we got 50+ Quality leads for our business in the very first month itself. Also within 6-7 months, we got our website listed on the top page organically through SEO. kudos to their effort.

In a 2 years period, we served around 630+ Individual Clients where they have taken up 900+ services in that 450 clients are repeated for their other service requirements. Google Ads and Digital marketing played a pivotal role.

Mr. Saravanan and the team have created a common WhatsApp group where we can discuss and execute the works to avoid the miscommunication.

The team SMEdigital is having vast experience in both Traditional and Digital Marketing. they are more customer-centric.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

SMEdigital should expand their services in creative content writing and Video creation area as well.
