Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the president and founder of a company that provides neuro-educational therapy for children with ADHD, autism, and learning disabilities.

We have a staff of more than 30 employees and we’ve served over 1,200 children with our brain training courses.

What challenge were you trying to address with Smarter Leads?

We were looking for a company that can help us what digital marketing and advertising.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Smarter Leads has been my primary digital marketing partner and they’ve done everything from building our website to developing content. They’re also constantly educating us on marketing, giving me the right tools, and telling me what I need to know so I can always make the best decisions.

They mainly design and manage ads for Facebook, Instagram, and Google, but we collaborate on the concepts, copy, and visuals. Our ads are mostly directed to women between the ages of 30 and 50, and their team helps us narrow down the search from a geographical standpoint.

Moreover, they also manage and train our employees on our own CRM, so we can better understand the marketing tools that they’re utilizing. 

What is the team composition?

We directly interface with Max (Owner), but he also has one senior employee who manages the services he directs.

How did you come to work with Smarter Leads?

I came across Smarter Leads through a referral from a graphic designer I previously worked with.

How much have you invested with them?

I haven’t gone into my bookkeeping, but I believe we’ve invested around $300,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since April 2012.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our partnership with Smarter Leads enables us to reach out to thousands of families through digital and social media marketing. I can’t share any metrics, but I will say that I’m 100% satisfied with their work as they exceed all my expectations.

How did Smarter Leads perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great from a project management standpoint as their ability to stick to the budget and timelines has been consistently accurate.

We typically communicate through email, phone, WhatsApp, and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re very impressed with their competence and integrity.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When I reached out to Smarter Leads about their areas of improvement, I had hoped for more — but I would describe those needs as unrealistic expectations on my part.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise you to stay away from Smarter Leads because we want more of their time.
