good. My team and I email them regularly and I hear back within a day. I can also call with more pressing issues.

the results. They were not instant but they made a strategy and we stuck to it. Now, I am enjoying the increase in growth and revenue

I have used them for other projects and have not seen the same results. These projects are in their infancy, however, and I remain optimistic they will be able to drive traffic to my new endeavors

I own HG Performance, a European automotive specialist house. We work primarily on high-end vehicles from Ferrari and Lamborghini to BMW, Mercedes, and Porsche. We’re a service, repair, and performance shop so we do customizations on suspensions, exhausts, intakes, and tunes.

Another firm was managing my SEO, social media, website, and blog and we just weren’t getting enough hits. A lot of our business was word-of-mouth

What was the scope of their involvement?

We told them exactly what we did and the type of people we were targeting. Also, they redid our entire website on a brand-new platform, transferring everything over to a well-organized solution. We supplied the photos and text for the site and they would send us things to approve.

Every month we do one or two blog posts on topics we particularly like and attract. They also manage all my social media platforms, including posts and comments. All we have to do is answer emails from prospective clients with estimates. Those emails come in through a “contact us” section on our website that smartboost built.

I gave them a $1,500 ad spend on Google, at their recommendation since advertising on Yelp didn’t work. They constantly update all our ads and specials and even suggest new ones we can try.

What is the team composition?

I have an account manager, Zoe (Senior Account Manager), who takes care of the majority of stuff. She responds on the same day if I want to change something. I also work with her boss, and he’s great, always in the loop on what’s going on and offering his input.

How did you come to work with smartboost?

I met them at a rally and they offered to take a look at my site and recommend ways to improve our lead generation. After building a sort of friendship with them, I signed with them. Their confidence was the biggest thing for me. I hung in there with them for six months, and now I’m looking for a bigger property and to hire staff.

The website was around $10,000, and I have a monthly payment of $2,200 for them to manage the blog, website, and social media.

We’ve been with them for around two years, since the last quarter of 2018.

We instantly noticed a huge difference, even to the point where or general manager (who handles leads) was asking how we were doing it. And they were quality leads, too. They’ve been the biggest thing I’ve done for my business. They’ve transformed everything, allowing us to pick and choose our clientele. Our success rate for closing deals is high. All my staff is working overtime because we have so much work. If I could go back, then I would start with them a lot sooner.

They’re an open-book in terms of showing me views and clicks on my website monthly. They utilize software that shows me every time a person stays on my site based on which avenue they found me through, Google, Bing, etc. It also tracks where phone calls are coming from. I love this because it shows me which pipeline is flowing well and where I should spend more money. We have a monthly meeting to go over these numbers, and we’ve been getting busier every month.

We do a lot of work on Google Drive, including our blog work. We submit all the photos and content for those to them on the drive.

It doesn’t feel like I’m working with a company. It’s more personal like I’m actually working with friends. We have such easy communication with them; I don’t know how to explain it. The feedback they give makes them stand out. Other companies made me feel like just another number. smartboost made it obvious that they cared about my company and wanted the best for me. They even tell me to cut back on ad spends if I’m doing really well in a particular month.
