From amongst the engineers we met we selected one who agreed to join our team as an external employee. We agreed on details and the contractor joined us within a week or two.

It was super effective. Everything was completed on time. We mostly communicated over the phone and video chat. Whenever we had a question, they would email us back within an hour.
