Ability for the site to support all of our asks outlined in the overview section. Registration, Searching, Blog Capability, Advertising etc.

I am the co-founder of a health-tech company whose aim is to specialise in providing affordable healthcare services to a large population. We’re still at the nascent stages of our development and are building exciting things! I am in charge of all things operations and bringing all the other aspects together

We had hired SlashMonk to design, create and develop our website. We were looking for someone/a team who could quickly create a website for our customers to be redirected to and also help put us out there in the market

I had reached out to my network for someone to help with website creation and development and SlashMonk was suggested through word of mouth. My team and I spoke to the founder of SlashMonk and saw some previous projects they had worked on.

The founders ability to grasp our idea and understand what we require was quick and he got exactly what we need. We were convinced that he would be able to deliver quickly and the way we wanted

The scope of work involved understanding the design of the website, executing its manu facets and delivering the same at a tight deadline. Since this was our first iteration at a website, Rahul (who was assigned to our account) helped in quickly getting this changed and fixed as per our requirement with no fuss

I interacted with one person the founder Mr Rahul. He started off as my point of contact and remains to be. He’s a quick grasper and gets things done efficiently

The website was ready in a matter of 3 days as was promised to us. We did not require any major changes as all that we had asked for had been developed in the first go! Any minor changes were taken up and changed quickly. We were very happy with the end product as well as the entire process

The deliverables were understood and a quote was sent across almost immediately, timelines were laid out before hand and adhered to the T Most communication happened either over messages or email and the SlashMonk team was extremely responsive at all times

The team truly did what they promised without any complaints or excuses! They way we had envisioned the project was the way it was delivered

As of now I do not have anything to suggest but as we move forward with SlashMonk I may have more to add here
