They then deployed to a CMS, and we went in to populate actual content, with their assistance on touch ups and tweaks for the production version. Through the process, their team trained our team in handling the CMS, content creation, and production deployment.

Hunor and the team honour their word. They work thorugh issues professionally and we are able to resolve design and deployment disagreements swiftly. Often, when contracting a third-party, it is not a big deal that the project goes smoothly when everything goes as planned. The hallmark of a great service provider is that they are able to work through confrontations and differences in approach or misunderstanding that may occur. Skywwward demonstrated professionalism in each of the challenging circumstances. Our team was very impressed and we have since built strong mutual respect and trust.

I believe they have made the improvements. The initial onboarding and understanding process was a bit rocky, but is typical of a new relationship. They needed to understand our needs, and sometimes different team members may take different approaches. Hunor as the lead quickly addressed the issue of misunderstanding once we raised it, and adjusted his team composition to precisely deliver our ask. With such experience, I know that Skywwward has already made such improvement in their initial intake process.

The project achieved a perfect 100 Google Lighthouse performance score and excellent Google Core Web Vitals across the website. Page load times were significantly improved, creating a faster user experience, while the new technical SEO foundation and structured schema markup increased our visibility in search engines. The custom CMS also enabled our marketing team to publish and manage content independently, reducing reliance on developers and making content production much more efficient.

Over that time the scope has covered a range of work: designing and building new pages for our website that are sharp, fast and on-brand; designing and developing an AI-powered instant price calculator that sits on our site and generates new business enquiries directly from prospects; and setting up a number of automations that have streamlined how we work day to day. He handles everything end to end, from the initial concept and design through to development and deployment.

The work has had a real, visible impact on the business. The AI price calculator now generates qualified new business enquiries for us directly through the website, giving prospects an instant quote and giving us warm leads we wouldn't otherwise have captured. The new website pages present the company far more professionally and have made a noticeable difference to how prospective clients perceive us. The automations have removed a lot of repetitive manual work and saved the team meaningful time every week. Everything he delivered went live and works reliably.
