I am the CTO for the company. I oversee all tech operations, software development and manage the system operations group for all production infrastructure.

We were looking to do a complete redesign of our order management platform and all user interfaces that support the transaction side of the business.

What were your goals for this project?

Create a clean straightforward user interfaces, that enables the investor to get access to the data they need to make the right investing decisions.

I have worked with them in past and know their work.

The project was to review all current UI and UX and come up with a new clean look and toolset to support the business needs.

Team consisted of product development, user interface designers and user experience producers.

We are extremely happy with the new look and functionality. Skins did a great job and the product speaks for itself.

The system needed to be user-friendly for our clients and take less time to train users.

We collaborated on the scope. The Skins Factory then redesigned the UI/UX.

We worked with two people including Jeff (CEO and Creative Director, The Skins Factory). Our internal team comprised two resources.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The system is not launched because we’re still working internally on the backend. We look forward to releasing the updated solution.

Jeff’s communicative approach made the partnership an easy experience. He kept us updated throughout the project.
