Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We were looking for a designer to help create amazing digital experiences for Puzzle's desktop web app. This project encompassed understanding the business goals, competitive analysis, customer persona, and developing UX research reports, UX design (wireframes, prototypes), and UI design (websites, mobile). There was minimal design work completed to-date. I was looking for a designer who can understand the vision for Puzzle's design and build on it.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team delivered a beautiful MVP prototypes for Puzzle. We worked for ~ 5 months bringing a napkin idea to life. It allowed us to bring the MVP to our target market and begin to refine it through the collection of user feedback.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes, they were very timely and their turnaround times were faster than any other design agencies without sacrificing quality. It was remarkable the progress we made in such a short amount of time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They think strategically alongside you while designing the product. The sketchish team is like having a temporary co-founder to bring your idea to life, and that was invaluable to us at such an early stage.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sketchish could have done differently?

There are no tactical improvements I have for the sketchish team! I've been wanting to hire them again for further product design now that we have product-market fit. Highly recommend working with them!
