What challenge were you trying to address with Sisterson & Co. LLP?

Tax preparation and financial planning. We use Quickbooks, and they can work with us. I don’t know what they use internally. Advice. I call Carissa with questions frequently. She is always willing to discuss my issues and offer advice.

At least 1 other person works on our account, although I have talked to several others during our relationship.

December, 2018 - on-going.

What advice would you give to someone else considered working with this accountant?

Good choice.

How did you come to work with this accountant?

Networking. Before, I did not have another accountant. I did it myself.

Carissa works hard, knows what she is talking about, and is responsive.

How did they perform from a project management standpoint?

Very well. Typically, I hold on things up because I hate accounting. She is persistent without being a jerk about it.

What are some areas in which this accountant excels?

She called me back to answer a tax question while she was driving her sick child to the doctor's office at 8:30 in the evening. She excels everywhere.

Is there something they could have done better or differently?

Not that I can think of.
