Sirnik

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CEO of a high-performing website development company for ambitious B2B companies built to scale.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Sirnik?

We needed to design a modern, high-quality website for Netability that would better reflect the company's positioning and present its services in a clear and professional way.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sirnik handled the full UI/UX design scope for the Netability website. This included developing the overall visual direction, creating the page layouts and interface structure, defining the typography, color usage, spacing, and key design elements, and preparing the responsive designs for development.
The main deliverables were the complete desktop and mobile website designs in Figma, including the core pages and reusable design components. They also worked closely with us throughout the process to make sure the designs were practical to implement in Webflow and stayed consistent across the entire website.
Our main goal was to create a strong visual direction, improve the overall user experience, and develop a polished responsive design that we could then bring to life in Webflow. We also wanted the website to feel distinctive and premium while still being clear, functional, and easy for users to navigate.

What is the team composition?

We worked with one designer from Sirnik.

How did you come to work with Sirnik?

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to my geographic location, offered good value for the cost, and had company values aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April–May 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The clearest outcome was that Sirnik delivered a complete, development-ready design system and responsive website design that we were able to implement in Webflow without major issues or rework.
The project also gave Netability a much stronger and more professional visual presence, with clearer page structure, more consistent branding, and a better overall user experience across desktop and mobile. From our side, the quality and consistency of the design made the development process more efficient and helped us deliver the final website to a high standard.

How did Sirnik perform from a project management standpoint?

Sirnik's project management was reliable and straightforward. Communication was clear throughout the project, feedback was handled quickly, and we always had a good understanding of the current status and next steps. The agreed milestones were delivered on time, and there were no significant delays. The overall process was well organized and easy to coordinate from our side. Our primary form of communication was virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was the combination of strong visual design and a practical understanding of how websites are actually built. Sirnik didn't approach the project purely from an aesthetic perspective.
The layouts, components, and interactions were designed with the final Webflow implementation in mind, which made the collaboration between design and development very efficient. They were also able to create a distinctive visual direction without sacrificing usability or clarity, which is something we value a lot when working with external design partners.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were no major issues during the project. If anything, a bit more documentation around certain interactions and responsive behaviors could make the handoff even more efficient, especially on more complex projects. That said, whenever we had questions, Sirnik was responsive and clarified everything quickly, so this never became a real obstacle during development.
