I'm the owner and the CEO of the CodeCommitted LTD. I'm responsible for the overall strategy of the business.

We are planning to extend out IT team and find that challenging in Ireland and Poland alike. We knew that we need an insights on how to acquire good talent.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

The company is very lean and accommodating. Offered good experience in the field for reasonable price. The attitude towards us and the prospected work helped us make the final decision.

The solution was tailored for us. We had two experts working on our case - one on employer's branding and one on the IT recruitment insights and overall strategy. First our situation was assessed through some interviews with us and online research, then solutions were presented and after consultations on what viable and achievable is for for us we were presented with a final solutions and explanations.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to make decisions on where to look for specific roles we planned to open. We were adviced on pros and cons of the solutions. We were able to divide the resposibility for various new actionable items to our existing team to work on the strategy.

Very impressive - everything delivered on time and in the good manner.

We were impressed with their great attitude towards work and relationship with us. A true willingness to help!

We have been searching PO for our product DxMonitor. It's a solution for petrol stations which enables them to control all devices on forecourt.
