• Design the full product experience end to end, from wireframes and user flows through the design system and high fidelity screens to responsive behavior and a production-ready React UI kit for the development team.
• Design and build the full marketing website: architecture, copy, animations and implementation in Astro, TypeScript, React, and Sanity, structured around the platform's Features, Industries, and Use Cases.

Goal 1 Reposition the platform from a regular subscription commerce brand into a professional, AI-powered product: matching enterprise-grade competitors on capability while standing apart on design, speed, and operator experience. Goal 2 Design and build the full marketing website: architecture, copy, animations and implementation in Astro, TypeScript, React, and Sanity, structured around the platform's Features, Industries, and Use Cases. Goal 3 Design the full product experience end to end, from wireframes and user flows through the design system and high fidelity screens to responsive behavior and a production-ready React UI kit for the development team. Metric 1 Delivered a heavily customized TailwindCSS design system with dark and light themes, developer documentation, and more than 1,000 high fidelity screens covering every platform area and state, letting the development team build directly from spec without interpretation work. Metric 2 Four workstreams shipped in six months: brand positioning, a marketing website designed and built from scratch, 1,000+ product screens delivered as Figma flows and a React UI kit, and full platform documentation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Delivered a heavily customized TailwindCSS design system with dark and light themes, developer documentation, and more than 1,000 high fidelity screens covering every platform area and state, letting the development team build directly from spec without interpretation work.

Four workstreams shipped in six months: brand positioning, a marketing website designed and built from scratch, 1,000+ product screens delivered as Figma flows and a React UI kit, and full platform documentation.

• Design a secure, verified business networking platform from scratch, translating the stakeholders' business plan and core user feedback into a professional, LinkedIn-style experience where verified companies discover and exchange business opportunities.
• Design the complete product across web and mobile: a dynamic opportunity feed, advanced search, bookmarks, instant messaging, and collaborative tools for team engagement, refined through user interviews and surveys and iterated from wireframes to high fidelity clickable prototypes.
• Design and build the public website around the platform's core concept of businesses listing opportunities for other businesses, covering platform features, industries, and job and client profiles, with full responsive designs and a live Webflow implementation with SEO in place.

Immediately after launch, the platform accommodated around 1,000 verified companies, from 8 major industries, with roughly 5,000 business opportunities listed, validating both the product concept and the design work behind it.

Delivered the complete platform design across web and mobile: an advanced Figma design system, end-to-end flows, high fidelity screens and clickable prototypes, and a Bootstrap UI kit the development team built from directly, without interpretation work.

Took the public website from concept to live: content written from scratch, responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile, full Webflow implementation, and SEO setup shipped alongside the platform work.
