What challenge were you trying to address with Sigzen Technologies?

We needed help implementing and customizing an ERP/HRMS solution to streamline our HR and administrative processes. We aimed to improve employee attendance and leave management, payroll and salary processing, employee self-service, reporting, and overall process automation. The goal was to reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and provide a centralized system for better HR and management operations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sigzen Technologies handled the implementation, customization, and configuration of the ERP/HRMS system. The scope included HR and employee management, attendance and leave management, payroll and salary processing, employee self-service (ESS), reporting, and workflow automation.Key deliverables included system configuration based on our HR policies and processes, customization of required modules and salary structures, attendance and leave workflows, payroll configuration, reports, user training, testing, issue resolution, and support during the ERP go-live and stabilization phase.Sigzen Technologies customized several key ERP/HRMS modules to match our requirements. RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Sigzen Technologies helped us significantly streamline and automate our HR and payroll processes. Key outcomes included reduced manual data entry, improved attendance and leave tracking, more accurate payroll processing, centralized employee information, and faster access to HR reports.
We estimate that the implementation reduced manual HR and administrative work by approximately 30%–40%. We also saw an estimated 20%–30% reduction in data-entry and process-related errors, mainly due to automation and centralized employee data.
The biggest improvements were in attendance, leave management, payroll processing, reporting, and employee self-service. These figures are estimates based on our experience before and after implementation rather than formally measured KPIs.Apart from the measurable improvements, we observed better transparency and visibility across HR processes. Managers could access employee, attendance, leave, and payroll information more easily, while employees had better access to their own HR information through the ESS portal.
The system also improved coordination between HR, employees, and management, reduced dependency on spreadsheets and manual records, and created more standardized and structured HR processes. Overall, it made our day-to-day HR operations more organized and easier to manage.

Sigzen Technologies managed the project professionally and maintained good communication throughout the implementation. They understood our requirements, coordinated effectively with our team, and provided regular updates on the project progress.The project was delivered within the agreed timeline, with proper testing, issue resolution, user training, and support during the go-live phase. What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was Sigzen Technologies’ ability to understand our business requirements and translate them into practical ERP/HRMS solutions. Their team was responsive to our feedback and willing to customize the system according to our specific HR processes and policies.Their technical knowledge, problem-solving approach, and post-implementation support were particularly valuable. We appreciated their commitment to resolving issues and ensuring the system worked effectively for our day-to-day operations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we had a positive experience with Sigzen Technologies. One area that could be improved is providing more frequent progress updates and clearer timelines for individual customization requests. At times, some issues or changes took longer than expected to close.However, the team was responsive to our feedback and worked with us to resolve the issues. Better documentation and more proactive communication during the implementation phase would make the overall experience even better.
