We are a franchisor and launched a new website that consolidated franchisee websites into one corporate website. There are many benefits to having a singular website and challenges in trying to maintain traffic to all previous sites while also not losing any domain authority, so we engaged Signature W Studios.

I met with Bill the owner of Signature W Studio and he went through and analysis of our website and made some initial recommendations. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and from that meeting we felt like he was someone we could trust.

We engaged Signature W to help build back our website traffic and find ways to optimize our website. They began with a site analysis, followed by a review, they built some down funnel specific SEO campaigns, and are now working with us to roll out the campaigns and optimize conversions and our website.

All the website audits done by Signature W have been thorough and we are working together to implement the changes. They are invested in the long-term success of the company and their clients and not worried about simply trying to get you to spend a ton of money with them. They operate like true partners.

We primarily have used email as the communication tool and have a weekly sync to share progress, ask questions, and recalibrate priorities and expectations if necessary.

Their level of commitment to solving our challenges as partners. You don't often find people and organizations that share the ownership in the challenges your organization is facing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think we are past the honeymoon phase of our partnership, so I feel confident in saying they are doing a great job and I have no areas of improvement to call out.

Signature W helped us sketch out a plan, provided an organized online platform to send our content, they researched our company and wrote the appropriate narratives, and built a brand new site for us. We then went through and made edits. They made the changes and put us up live.

The accelerated timeline was met, the content exceeded our expectations (even if they would have had more time), and the product functioned flawlessly. We immediately began receiving positive feedback from outside consumers of our new site.

Very orderly and organized. Bill explained exactly how the process worked and what they needed form us. He also provided crucial design advice along the way. The utilize an online platform to organize and communicate the steps of the process as they were happening.

It seemed so simple for us, although I know that behind the scenes it was not. The finished product was more straightforward and cleaner than I had ever imagined. They also provided some creative solutions to what we wanted.

SouthPark Interiors is a commercial interior architecture & design firm, servicing the multi-family, off campus student housing, senior/active living, and other hospitality markets. We've delivered over 250 sites across the US. Our e-commerce division We Are Stellar Designs hosts an online boutique with curated collections of product inspired by our team's designs. My position as Director of Sales is to foster current client relationships that will result in repeat business and to represent our company online and in-person to help us attract new clients.

We hired Signature W to help us create process and streamline our social media and marketing strategies. Additionally we hired them to refine our online presence of our websites and other channels.

As a small company we knew we needed another small team to help us get organized. Bill and his team were timely, responsive, proactive, and quickly learned the ins and outs of our industry which in turn helped us start seeing immediate updates and changes to our marketing channels and materials.

Initially we went through a discovery phase with Signature W so their team could learn about our industry and understand how we work, what our needs our, and what our expectations were. Next we started brainstorming together on the pieces we needed to create and the channels we needed to refine. After collaborating and editing lots of great new material, we were able to quickly begin revamping our website and other marketing channels and begin increasing our online presence.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our website overhaul was the most important thing to us initially, so Bill and team made sure to get bot of our websites updated and looking the way we needed them to. This was important as we travelled to different conferences and networking events so that we could have an updated website to show or send to clients resulting in more project leads.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication is always timely and responsive. Bill is always flexible and willing to meet in person as needed. Workflow is very effective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The responsiveness and pro-active work ethic of Signature W is most impressive to me. They are always willing to help with any area of marketing whether we are positive or not that is something they can handle. They always lead us towards a solution in a timely manner.

There is always a learning curve when it comes to the housing industry, but Bill and team were very proactive in learning and asking about certain elements of the industry where they were not sure.

I'm a real estate broker at Christiansen Commercial, a commercial real estate company that focuses on income-generating properties like office spaces and industrial properties.

What challenge were you trying to address with Signature W Studio?

We needed their team to develop our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Signature W Studio has designed and developed our website from scratch. We've specifically wanted a geolocation feature that allows our users to search for an available property using its zip code. They've also integrated a categorical menu based on the property types we offer and a filtered search bar for our clients.

Once their team has completed the mockup, we've handed over the site content we've come up with, and they've integrated it into the platform during the development stage. Signature W Studio has also designed our landing page and produced a video that we've put up on our site upon its go-live.

My main point of contact is their owner, but there's another resource in charge of our website.

Signature W Studio was referred to us by a colleague who worked with them in the past and only had good things to say about their performance. Upon seeing their portfolio and speaking with their team during our introductory call, we were easily convinced that they could deliver the same quality of work to us.

We’ve spent about $6,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement with Signature W Studio for this project kicked off in April 2020, but they've worked on a previous project with our company when I wasn't part of the department yet.

We've only recently launched the website, so there are no quantitative metrics to share yet. However, I can happily confirm that we've received positive feedback from our users, and they specifically approve of the site's usability and appearance. Overall, we're pleased with what they've delivered so far.

Bill and his team at Signature W Studio went above and beyond. They are awesome and clearly pros at their craft. He has communicated, stayed on top of the latest and greatest updates, and made our business really start to get understood after they changed our website over.

Finally people actually get what we are. Coming out of a pandemic, we needed more customers and to make sure our ROI for our marketing dollars was being put to good use. Bill has worked up a whole marketing plan and it is paying off tenfold.

After coming out of 2020 our numbers are higher than they ever were pre covid! I'm pumped!!
