They far exceeded our expectations. The data they provided has turned out to be very accurate and valuable for us. Now our salespeople can contact salons with more knowledge about their current setup and where the pains are. About 15% of the salons they researched had big pain points that we can solve for. Well worth it and will use them again for our other verticals.

Signallo helped us develop an ABM marketing list for our CCaaS platform. They surveyed and interviewed thousands of businesses to find out which CCaaS they were using, and then we also had them find out how many user licesnes they each had. And finally, we asked them to find out about the types of issues and pain points that were going on at each business related to their CCaaS.

We booked initial qualifying meetings with over 20% of the businesses on the list so far. Already we have seen a very large ROI, and we haven't even finished going through the list yet. We wouldn't have had this level of success if we didn't know so much about each business before we contacted them.

It was a little slow to get started. After signature we needed to wait like almost 3 weeks to launch because they had a shortage of researchers. But after that it was very smooth.

Just the fact that they actually take the time to speak with people at each business and very that the information is correct, and get very detailed feedback from all of them, and find out things that you wouldn't find elsewhere. Signallo provided the type of data that I couldn't find just by looking online. And it's affordable.

It would be nice if the service was faster. But I don't know how it really could be, since they manually call and verify all the information.

We hired Signallo to help us understand the current landscape within a list of target accounts. We wanted to know who each account was using for their MSP, managed IT service provider and also which of them were unsatisfied with their current chosen vendor. Additionally we wanted to the decision maker and an idea of when their service contracts were up for renewal.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For the provided list of about 10,000 target accounts Signallo was able to either identify the current MSP or confirm there was no MSP partner for over 70% of the accounts. Many of the accounts were unsatisfied with their current MSP and Signallo found out specific reasons as to why they were unsatisfied so we could build custom messaging for each. They also did excellent at finding the decision maker contact details which often did not exist in Zoom Info.

They provided weekly updates into a shared google Sheet. They were very responsive to any questions. They usually replied within minutes.

I don't know how they got all this data for us. These are difficult data points to get. Most people don't want to share this type of information. But Signallo found a way to get information for us on thousands of target accounts. We've verified them and they are real.

I wish they had API build out to send the data right into our CRM. Instead they just put it into a shared google sheet. So there are additional steps we need to take to put it into our CRM.

We sell corporate intelligence through auctions. Signallo reached out and told us about their data, asking if we'd like to broker it to our network. We started off as a reseller of their data. After a few successful transactions, our clients asked for more. Now, we manage a number of different projects fulfilled by Signallo. Basically, all of them have to do with account research, finding out the current vendor stack, pain points, pricing, and more. We also find out what the weakness in the vendor relationship is and provide that to our clients so they can use it as an entry point.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Signallo provides us with data that we resell to our clients. The team has worked on several projects, and each deliverable is slightly different. However, the deliverables always come in the form of a CSV file containing the data points our clients ask for on the accounts they are trying to market and sell to. These data points include the current vendor, current spend, pain points, qualitative feedback, when the contract is due for renewal, whether they plan to switch, and if so, why.

Every single client we've introduced to Signallo has come back for at least one additional project. The ROI is obvious. For example, one of our clients who first used Signallo's data in November 2025 has just placed their fifth order. They've been generating between 8–12x ROI on each project because they're using a specific data point that Signallo provides to automate their sales outreach. Our clients who have collaborated with us and Signallo are very satisfied, as shown by the fact that every one of them has come back for at least one more project.

Signallo doesn't try to put us in a box. Even though they have their standard data points that they collect, they also come up with very creative ways to get the different data points we ask for.

They could streamline the process of sending back and forth files. We send them an account list, they work on it, and they send it back. We then have to upload it into our systems. It's a little bit old-fashioned in today's world of APIs.

We hired Signallo to research a list of about 5,000 SMBs to find out what type of supplemental benefits they provided to their workforce.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Signallo called up HR directors and pulled a number of valuable data points from them. We used that data to launch a tailored marketing campaign. The final deliverable was a CSV spreadsheet that contained all of the data points collected for each account they researched. 
Data points included whether or not the given account currently offered supplemental benefits, which vendor they used if so, whether they were satisfied with that vendor, approximate cost per employee per month (PEPM), which benefits were included, and what the primary pain point was with their current vendor.Signallo only did the research side. They provided some suggested ways of using the data they collected for us, but ultimately, we designed the marketing campaign.

Signallo identified over 400 accounts that were either moderately or highly unsatisfied with their current vendor. Our sales team immediately targeted these accounts and generated close to $2 million in the pipeline so far. 
They also provided data points on nearly 2,000 additional accounts that helped us create better segments in our CRM and launch much more targeted and tailored marketing campaigns, including targeted LinkedIn ads that are converting at a CTR that is 8x higher than what we normally see. Moreover, the $2 million in the pipeline is the result of dozens of booked meetings and successful conversations made possible by their data.

How did Signallo perform from a project management standpoint?

It was pretty clean for a custom engagement. We had an intro meeting to define goals, and then they gave us an SOW. They launched about five days after we signed and completed the research a few weeks later, which was on time. Obviously, we’d love it to be even faster, but with live phone research, you have to be patient.
Signallo communicated fairly well during the project. If we had a question, we usually got a reply within a few hours. We communicated via email or a messaging app.

I was honestly surprised that they were able to get the data points they provided us. This is highly valuable and the kind of stuff you can’t just find by looking it up online. It requires skill to get this data, and that’s what impressed me the most.
