Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

SiteSource has developed and supported our custom allergy software since 2012. The project began when our healthcare company was a startup and has grown into a long-term partnership. As our clinical processes and business model have evolved, SiteSource has continued to update the software to support how we work. The main deliverables have been the custom software platform, ongoing improvements to its clinical and operational workflows, and continuing development and technical support. The software supports allergy testing, immunotherapy prescriptions and dosing, vial tracking, documentation, and reporting.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The clearest measure of success is that the software SiteSource began building for us in 2012 is still in daily use, supporting our allergy programs across multiple clinics. From 2012 through 2025, our programs administered approximately 1.5 million injections, with the software supporting the workflows behind testing, prescriptions, dosing, vial tracking, and documentation. SiteSource has continued to add and improve features as our operations have grown and changed over 14 years.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

SiteSource’s project management has been excellent. They communicate clearly, keep projects moving, and deliver on their commitments. When we have an urgent need or change direction, they respond quickly and work with us to find a solution. We have worked with many of the same people since 2012. They understand our business and its complex workflows, which makes every new project easier. Their responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond are a big part of why we have stayed with them for 14 years.

What was your primary form of communication with Sightsource, LLC?

Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impresses me most is how deeply Sightsource, LLC understands our business. We have worked with many of the same people since 2012, and they know the details of our complex clinical and operational processes. That continuity is rare. They bring thoughtful ideas to each project, go above and beyond when we need them, and have earned our trust over 14 years. We are considering a complete rebuild of our software, and I wouldn’t want to do it with anyone else.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sightsource, LLC could have done differently?

Our Story

Since 2009, Sightsource has delivered custom full-stack software across aerospace, manufacturing, healthcare and more. We're trusted by brands like Goodwill, Evergreen and Medallergy.

We help established companies retire legacy systems and expensive SaaS by building software they own, faster and cheaper than was possible a few years ago. We build custom systems for reasons like competitive advantage, novel workflow processes or when 100% process fit matters.

Meet the Team

Most of my time these days is focused on enabling the success of the company as a whole, but I still enjoy technical design and writing code. My passion for this career comes from meaningfully contributing to the success of our team and our clients.

What Sets Us Apart

Expert Database Design, Development & Management

The core of any solid, performant application is a sensible data architecture and each of our full stack developers start there when implementing custom solutions. Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos, MySQL and others are where we can provide insight and establish a strong foundation.

No Preconceived Agenda

We come to the table ready to listen without a plan for which tools are going to be the right fit for your solution. We come with a broad spectrum of technical tools that we can bring to bear, but none of that matters unless we hear and understand your goals.

History of Success

We have been in business for for this long because we listen and deliver to our client needs in a cost effective fashion.
