We developed and delivered the project incrementally through releases based on defined sprints. Progress and success were demonstrated through multiple functional releases and milestones, with each release adding and validating functionality toward the completed Klink-iT platform. All features and functionality were delivered, tested, and successful.

SightSource, LLC provided strong project management, maintained clear progress toward each milestone, and consistently delivered the planned releases on time. We mainly communicated through in-person meetings and emails or messaging apps.

The team was extremely collaborative, thoughtful, and considerate of the realities of being a startup. SiteSource has developed and supported our custom allergy software since 2012. The project began when our healthcare company was a startup and has grown into a long-term partnership. As our clinical processes and business model have evolved, SiteSource has continued to update the software to support how we work. The main deliverables have been the custom software platform, ongoing improvements to its clinical and operational workflows, and continuing development and technical support. The software supports allergy testing, immunotherapy prescriptions and dosing, vial tracking, documentation, and reporting.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The clearest measure of success is that the software SiteSource began building for us in 2012 is still in daily use, supporting our allergy programs across multiple clinics. From 2012 through 2025, our programs administered approximately 1.5 million injections, with the software supporting the workflows behind testing, prescriptions, dosing, vial tracking, and documentation. SiteSource has continued to add and improve features as our operations have grown and changed over 14 years.

SiteSource’s project management has been excellent. They communicate clearly, keep projects moving, and deliver on their commitments. When we have an urgent need or change direction, they respond quickly and work with us to find a solution. We have worked with many of the same people since 2012. They understand our business and its complex workflows, which makes every new project easier. Their responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond are a big part of why we have stayed with them for 14 years.

What impresses me most is how deeply Sightsource, LLC understands our business. We are considering a complete rebuild of our software, and I wouldn’t want to do it with anyone else.
