Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a Video Producer in the marketing department for a cloud storage company.

For what projects/services did your company hire The Next Cartel, and what were your goals?

We had a booth at VMware Explore 2022 in Barcelona. Our video team is completely United States based, so we needed a reliable video production crew to help us create coverage of the event and interviews with executives. We needed a recording crew, locations, and post-production services.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found the websites/reels of several Barcelona-based production crews and evaluated which ones could produce at the level we were looking for. The reel was very important and being friendly/communicative was crucial for setting everything up from a different country.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Joachim and Felipe were incredible to work with. They met over zoom on several occasions to help us plan for and execute this production overseas.

The Next Cartel is dedicated to making high quality, cinematic productions for their clients, we were no exception. In a timely manner, the team produced and edited over a dozen videos that exceeded expectations.

We hired them to make us a new website. A website that has noticeable design and produces more sales.

We worked with them in the past on multiple projects. We are always very happy with their results.

We had a kick off meeting in which both company's came with idea's. After that they made a mood board. After that they made a prototype. and after that the working website with time after to fix or adjust some little things.

There was one designer and website maker.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

From all the people that vistet our website only 1,2% bought before. After the new website that went up to 3,4%

We used whats app to stay in touch and uses microsoft meetings for the meeting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That they really listen to what you want and that they can perfectly translate that in a design. And also, we were impressed with how they were able to come up with their own ideas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To be honest not really. It was a great experience.
