They had massive turnover. Instead of apologizing for this - they charged me extra for the extra time it would take for their developer to learn the code. To make matters worse, they charged me $4,000 without my permission and pushed my business back months, costing me $30,000 in damages. Their team even claimed we needed to “increase hours” to fix the problems they caused, which felt like an intentional scam.The CEO, Ed, runs a highly questionable operation. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable no-code development. If you’re considering Sidetool, stay far away—there are much better options out there - they made my product completely non-functioning and don't have any good developers.
