Also the patience to  work with team members on our side who may not be exposed to IT or Project Management Standards.  They also work with pace, urgency and always professional.  Mateo our key contact/ Project/Product Manager is always available when we need to contact him for anything big or small. Are there any areas for improvement or something Sidetool could have done differently?I would say help us anticipate more features and usability where it makes sense.  Sometimes I think we build for the moment and current customer behaviours and not thing for the future.  Also we made a few mistakes during testing phase and realized we had no way of correct our own errors so we need to provide requirements to delete or update records, I think this particular item should have been table stakes.  Even the simple thing if "Forgetting Passwords" we had to ask for that instead of a given feature to launch with.  I would say helping us articulate the basics instead of assuming we are getting the basics without asking for it.

Their code architecture is terrible, and their work consistently broke my app. Instead of fixing their own mistakes, they charged me extra to “fix” issues they created—only to break the app even more. They switched the developer working on my app 4 times in 4 months- that meant a new developer every month - that means a new learning curve and being charged for their learning every month. They had massive turnover. Instead of apologizing for this - they charged me extra for the extra time it would take for their developer to learn the code. To make matters worse, they charged me $4,000 without my permission and pushed my business back months, costing me $30,000 in damages. Their team even claimed we needed to “increase hours” to fix the problems they caused, which felt like an intentional scam.The CEO, Ed, runs a highly questionable operation. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable no-code development. If you’re considering Sidetool, stay far away—there are much better options out there - they made my product completely non-functioning and don't have any good developers. Their solution to any problems or mistakes they did was : let's increase the hours to fix this.
