Measurable outcomes are plugins and themes that work as expected. Pankaj and his team easily met these expectations and often exceeded them.

Often we had 20+ work units in the backlog, and Pankaj and his team often discussed timelines so that we were all on the same page. Many times they went above and beyond, even working weekends to deliver time critical units.

I remember the initial discussion with Pankaj concerning our initial project. He was very thorough, which forced us to consider aspects that were not previously considered. I was impressed from the start.

There were some small units of work in the beginning that had issues. This was likely more due to my lack of ability to communicate the requirements correctly however, and as we spent more time working together we became better at defining and understanding requirements.
