Shila ran a 15-day SEO/GEO engagement for us in a demanding regulatory keyword space (GPSR, EPR, ESPR/DPP, PPWR), managed in a shared Slack channel with a dedicated PM and weekly reporting. They delivered a full technical and content audit that surfaced structural issues we hadn't caught ourselves, a prioritised plan for 15 new pages mapped to keyword clusters, a site architecture report with a phased roadmap, and eight complete content briefs covering our core platform and regulatory pages, each one implementation-ready.

How well they took correction. When I challenged a figure in their audit, they didn't defend it; they went and rebuilt the analysis from our data and fixed their own report. Plenty of agencies wouldn't. Combined with the turnaround speed, it made them easy to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SHILA could have done differently?

Working externally on a product as specific as ours meant a fair amount of context transfer, so outputs needed a close internal review before we could use them. That's the tradeoff with any external agency in a domain this specialised rather than anything Shila did wrong. Shipping one high-leverage item inside the trial window rather than just the analysis would also make the value easier to judge.

We’ve given them access to our Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics accounts, and they check everything and give us a report via Google Drive with the next steps to take. After that, they connect to our website’s CMS and make the necessary modifications.
