The scope of work entails monthly coaching sessions, providing guidance on making smart career decisions alongside advising on best practices for improved performance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Measurable outcomes were primarily related to strategic communication skills. In just three sessions, I've made significant progress in my work with senior executives and in delivering information through various materials, including presentations. There is much more clarity and focus with how I manage my responsibilities.

Extremely professional and thorough! Deliverables were always on time, if not before the promised date/time. I am very impressed with their style of work and overall quality of service.

Shift  Advisory was hired to build and deliver an interactive keynote and learning spotlight. The focus was to deliver skills development (tools, frameworks) focused on resilence, buidling trusting patnerships, and deepening the capablity of being agile.
