Being more ruthless on execution. But no complaints - in our experience, they already exceed all our expectations (we have worked with other vendors before and SHFT is by far the best ones we've worked with)

Our scope was to hand over all our web development and manage it outside our company. The reason for that was the proficiency needed. We cannot manage front-end developers due to a lack of seniority when we hire them. To hire more senior developers we needed more budget than we had, so to solve this we partnered with SHFT

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our main outcome is work that is done in a two-week sprint. The accuracy was also important because without it executive levels cannot plan. The last outcome was quality, without quality, we cannot measure how well a job is done on time.

We use Scrum methodology in our delivery team. Every two weeks we do planning sessions and pick all the things we think we can deliver. SHFT 80 percent accurately delivered all of the work we planned with them. On the side they also do lots of small improvements and fixes, they even helped us with documentation of the work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Owners of the company follow most of the things their team is working on. They offered great middle management and technical knowledge, so we were paying for just a frontend developer but we were getting much more resources than that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SHFT could have done differently?

They may add Figma and design services to their portfolio because they are doing a great job with front-end development but UI, and UX are the beginning of the process.

The Gundry Health mobile app was a turnkey project. SHFT worked with us from the beginning to create the structure and decide on the feature set. The team executed all the necessary tasks on time and built on the ideas throughout the development phase, delivering on time without any problems. We know that they are always here with us in case we need adjustments and fixes all along the running business. Great team, great work.

All apps for both IOS and Android have been working smoothly from the beginning. Now, we are constantly tracking the data flow and usage metrics, observing flawless progress. We are currently working on new features and new versions. We are grateful to have the SHFT Team on this project and plan to continue working with them on our future endeavors.

We have worked with SHFT to build our mobile apps. Two mobile apps are developed. One is an app that allows our customers to track their operations with a dashboard and push notifications. The other one is an app that controls our unique IoT hardware product over Bluetooth.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have launched on time. That was the most important thing for us. We had great user feedback about the performance of the apps we built with them. Our MAU increased by 230%.

They delivered on time. We had a project manager for our product. They responsed immediately if anything urgent pops-out.
