The scope of work involved developing a complete corporate video for Simply Fresh, covering concept creation, scripting, visual storytelling, and full-scale production. This included on-site filming of our facilities, precision farming operations, fresh produce processes, and seed production environments. The team handled cinematography, drone footage, lighting, voiceover coordination, and interviews, followed by detailed post-production involving editing, color grading, sound design, and final mastering. The objective was to authentically capture our brand’s purpose, innovation, and operational excellence in a compelling visual narrative.

The project was to create a short film that capitalizes on the feelings of the audience towards girl child and their education, also to understand our work and to picture the vision and mission of the organization into the film, which has been clearly attained by Shadow puppet films. The immediate reaction of the initial audience is that the film has been stupendous and touches and inspires the audience to lean towards the cause.

5. Followed by two weeks of reviewing the drafts and corrections.
6. Final delivery of the Video file ready to be uploaded on our website and Social networking platforms.

The team was very supportive as they wated patiently with us to bring everything in order before the shoot of every scene since we were in active production, during the shoot and from time to time we had to wait for the Machinery to finish its cycle and get back to beginning to capture the starting stage. The team understood our requirements and On-Screen they brought out the best from our work.

Excellent. We had clear cut understanding of each others requirement and necessary support was provided in a timely manner. Not a single instance of confusion or disagreement between the teams.

I am the Service Delivery Lead and am responsible for the execution of all projects and programs across the organization.

We needed a production partner as we had a contract for having multiple video shoots with a premier B school in Hyderabad. The shoots involved having a professor deliver a lecture in front of a green screen based on the inputs being provided over a zoom call from another team based out of Mumbai. The challenge was to have a professional unit that could coordinate with the professor and the team sitting in a different location to ensure the right takes were happening.

This involved having the professor prepped for the shoot, helping him/her understand the cues that were being sent over the zoom call, and tracking the multiple takes which were consolidated at the end of the day's shoot. Given the seniority of the professors and their limitations in front of a camera, the unit had to go the extra mile to make them comfortable.

The vendor was decided based on their previous experience, the portfolio they presented, their professional approach and their openness to suggestions

The professor and the shoot location is decided by our client and we reach there alongwith the vendor around 4 hrs prior to the shooting start time to set up the set and have a dry run. We also set up a laptop with the camera feed routed to it and get onto a zoom call with client. once the professor comes in, the shots are discussed over the call and we start rolling. the vendor is responsible for all the communication and coordination between the three parties and totally responsible for the video output.  At the end of the day's shoot, the final takes are copied on to a hard disk and handed over to us for post production

I worked with Shyam from Shadow Puppet and the process was as described above. he was responsible for making the professor comfortable on the set and guiding him on the different aspects of where to stand, body language do's and dont's while the camera is rolling and giving instructions.

The client was pleased with the quality of output and adherence to schedules that we are now the preferred vendor for all shoots with this particular institution
