The scope of work involved developing a complete corporate video for Simply Fresh, covering concept creation, scripting, visual storytelling, and full-scale production. This included on-site filming of our facilities, precision farming operations, fresh produce processes, and seed production environments. The team handled cinematography, drone footage, lighting, voiceover coordination, and interviews, followed by detailed post-production involving editing, color grading, sound design, and final mastering. The objective was to authentically capture our brand’s purpose, innovation, and operational excellence in a compelling visual narrative.

Shyam was the key point of contact for us but along with his team whom we met during the production phase were very responsiveness, clearly understood the conceptual idea and were well- prepared and hands-on.

The immediate reaction of the initial audience is that the film has been stupendous and touches and inspires the audience to lean towards the cause.

We wanted to have a quick video showcasing all our manufacturing capabilities so that the same can be shared with all our existing & perspective future customers since the travel restrictions were in place due to the COVID pandemic. Although we can share PowerPoint Presentation or have a Video Call to show our facility, but people tend to loose interest after the first couple of minutes. So we decided to have a video which conveys everything within couple of minutes. And that's where Shadow Puppet delivered what we needed.

When we started to look for the correct team our President, Business Development for was referred to Shadow Puppet by one his close acquaintances. We then spent time to look at some of there past projects and were impressed by their work. And that's how we chose them.

1. The scope of work was to Capture everything from our 2 manufacturing units and present it in the video.
2. The first day was recce of both the plants and devising a route plan for the shoot.
3. The second day was photo shoot of the facilities and finished goods.
4. The third and final day was video and drone shoot.
5. Followed by two weeks of reviewing the drafts and corrections.
6. Final delivery of the Video file ready to be uploaded on our website and Social networking platforms.

The team was very supportive as they wated patiently with us to bring everything in order before the shoot of every scene since we were in active production, during the shoot and from time to time we had to wait for the Machinery to finish its cycle and get back to beginning to capture the starting stage. The team understood our requirements and On-Screen they brought out the best from our work.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent. We had clear cut understanding of each others requirement and necessary support was provided in a timely manner. Not a single instance of confusion or disagreement between the teams.

The ease with which the team worked. They were spot on the task.

I can't think of even a single thing which needed to be changed. I would recommend that we provide enough time to Shadow Puppet team do capture as much as they want so as to deliver an marvelous product.
