He made small tweaks to the backend of our website. When he came on board, we redesigned our blog, which led to many issues including metadata problems and missing keywords. He identified all the issues that needed to be fixed and executed some of the solutions. Our team fixed the other issues but  Lukasz managed those projects.

We’re happy with them. Lukasz is committed to creating 40% organic traffic growth but delivers more than that amount. He knows SEO principles well, so we were happy with the training. As well, all of the changes to our blog were great. Our rankings went up substantially on high-value keywords. It was great to have an expert come in and evaluate our techniques. He’s able to offer guidance for strategy but also executes the small services himself. That’s refreshing to experience.

He uses his own Trello board. When we first started working together, he set up a weekly call. The communication's fantastic. He’s on time and accessible. He creates presentations with numbers and follows up with an email. That’s what you should expect from a consultant but that’s often not what you find.

He spent time in the initial meeting to learn where we stood as a team and where we wanted to grow. He took those points back with him and looked at our numbers. He’s also very transparent on the work happening in the background, and there’s great visibility throughout the whole process. Clients should have an audit and consultation phase with Lukasz. Don’t dive straight in. Lukasz is amazing and knows SEO inside and out. What he doesn’t know is each prospective client’s business inside and out, unless they go through that process.

Many of the search terms he initially wanted me to rank highly on don’t apply to my company. Because he spent the time to talk with me, he learned about me and my goals. That has meant that the end results are far better and more tailored.
