I am a director of the Fundacja Green Roads charity. This is a non-profit charitable organization founded by Ukrainians in Poland. The main goal of the fund is to provide humanitarian assistance to Ukrainians who have suffered as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.

So far, little time has passed in order to visually see the results, but the site began to appear on the search queries, that is what we wanted to see as the first result of this project.

Everything was very fast, professional and polite. They explained clearly the problems and how to solve them. They continuously meet the deadlines.

I find it difficult to answer this question, since this was the first experience of working with the agency. But I can emphasize their professionalism and attention to detail.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t think of any improvements for your agency yet. SEO Samurai has given us our exact needs, and we plan to continue our engagement because of their efficient work.

We had kick off meeting to discuss the details and info needed to start the project, after that the team sent me demo versions of the site, to see if I am satisfied or if they change or add anything. We closed the project when we felt satisfied.

I work as a manager in a music studio in Yekaterinburg. Here they teach vocals, playing various instruments and solfeggio, we teach adults and children. I mainly work in organizational work, as well as communication with clients.

How young and progressive they are. Their team members were highly professional and had a lot of ideas.

We applied and got a call the next day, but due to the busyness of the company, they could only come to work after 3-4 days. But it wasn't critical.

I’ve heard about them from my friend and contacted them on Instagram. I talked to the owner and he was very nice and professional, so I’ve decided to try to work with them

Honestly, most work was done by SEO manager and his team. I’ve only given them basic info and answered this questions and then some magic happened. Also, they did some extra work and help me to redesign my website. It’s much better now

The traffic on my website increased for 46%! I want expecting that. It’s still going up, manager from the Samurai SEO sent me statistic in one week and now after one month I can see even better results.

We mostly communicated in social medias, but when we had two calls. First, when I told about my website and the second, when manager presented me the results. I’m busy person, so it was nice that they didn’t bother me with too many questions.

I really liked how fast and highly professional they were! Also, I got answers to my questions very quickly and they did 110% of work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don’t know, it was my first experience with this type of services, so I didn’t know what to expect. All went smoothly, so I can’t find anything to complain.
