I’m the owner of Coda, an event space that produces concerts, nightclub events, and private functions in Philadelphia.

What challenge were you trying to address with SEO Digital Group?

We started our brand from scratch in a city with lots of competition in the event and entertainment space, so we needed a partner to raise brand awareness and visibility.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired SEO Digital Group to produce leads for different types of events and create brand awareness in our space. They work on SEO and PPC, developing keywords to attract consumers. They also redid our website and integrated it with their marketing campaigns.

We mainly work with a digital strategist.

One of my investors is involved in their business and introduced us. We felt comfortable with their skill set, and they charged a good price, so we hired them.

We’ve spent between $15,000–$20,000.

We’ve been partners since May 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In less than a year, we’ve had over 1,000 leads for requests for private events. Some of those led to bookings, which essentially covered the expenses that SEO Digital Group charges. Our ROI with them far exceeds any other investment we’ve made in marketing.

How did SEO Digital Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re communicative and responsive, available via email, text, or phone whenever we need them. They solve issues quickly and are attentive to details. I don’t have anything bad to say about them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They deliver much more than they say they can. The whole team is knowledgeable, doing fantastic work that far exceeds expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. In fact, they probably don't charge enough.

We needed help improving our online presence and organic search rankings.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SEO Digital provides SEO services, including developing keyword lists and content for our site. In addition to writing blogs, they also oversee our social media marketing campaigns and provide input on how to optimize and add to our website regularly.

The previous developer who built our website used a custom WordPress template, so SEO Digital's team has helped figure out ways for us to make changes to the site without having to reengage that firm.

How did you come to work with SEO Digital Group?

I knew someone on their team, so I started having conversations with him before introducing them to the rest of my partners.

How much have you invested with them?

We average around $2,000–$2,500 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working with them since September 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our previous website wasn't ranking well at all. SEO Digital helped us earn top rankings for certain keywords, bringing our website up to the first page of Google for the first time. Thanks to their efforts, our potential customers can more easily find us online.

How did SEO Digital Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform very well. The project lead we've worked with is responsive, even when he's on vacation. I typically don't wait more than an hour to get a response on an email I send their way. They also hold regular weekly calls with other members of our team and provide monthly analytics reports.

What did you find most impressive about them?

As SEO Digital's company has grown, they've been able to offer more services, making it a lot easier to work with them. Now that they offer content production, for example, we no longer have to work with another vendor who was providing lower quality work.

Their team is also very attentive to our needs and they don't try to oversell us on services like other firms. They've helped educate our team on the importance of SEO and found workarounds to help us avoid using other vendors, saving us money in the long run.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It's not a criticism, but when we first started working with them they offered less services than they do now. Now that they're a one-stop shop, it's made things a lot easier for us.
