As the CTO of EveryData, I had the opportunity to work closely with Webscope on our SAGA project, where they provided software development, design services and test automation —primarily front-end, and later also back-end.

Webscope joined the project at a particularly challenging time. The SAGA project was experiencing scope creep, the situation was concerning, and the existing front-end codebase suffered from major structural, security, and maintainability issues. Similarly, our design lacked consistency, with no component library or design guide in place, leading to fragmented user experiences.

Over the course of more than a year of collaboration, Webscope made a significant impact:

• Front-end rebuild: Together, we assessed the state of the original front-end and jointly decided that a complete rewrite would be the most efficient solution. Webscope delivered a brand-new, modern front-end integrated with our existing back-end, built with up-to-date libraries, a clear component architecture, and easily extendable foundations.
• Design system implementation: They introduced a comprehensive design guide, created reusable components in Figma, and ensured all new features follow consistent UI and UX principles. Complex or unintuitive workflows were redesigned to improve usability.

The value of this innovation (and you can see for yourself on the LP product www.motiv-ace.com is high for us. Because it is a completely unique solution, it gives us a significant advantage in the project management market. We estimate that our annual turnover has increased by at least 15% thanks to this application.

We worked agilely. I used to run SCRUM and KANBAN. The development phase went very well. Because of the great experience, at the end of the development we decided to use the offer to host and maintain the application on the partner's HW infrastructure. The application works quite reliably and without any downtime.

Flexibility, ability to understand the real need of the client. Keeping promises. Quick communication. They are a great team and have provided reliable support

They even ask "challenging" questions in regards of choices you're about to make, covering all facets and making sure you're aware of any potentially missing details so you can take the best decision possible. You're never left the feeling of they're just saying yes to whatever thing you say, but have their own opinions and professional pride.

First step of the project was to design the website and to create a graphical package that we could also use in PowerPoints, logos, business cards, signs, etc. Next sted was for them to start development and continually show us finished parts of the website in accordance with agile principles. That way we could give feedback and adjust the direction while the development-phase was active. Final step was to test the website and start using it. We have also been adding features and fine tuning the website after the finished date.
