Shikha and her team helped us with SEO for multiple clients on a rolling basis. She was able to manage multiple accounts for us per month and was agile enough to be able to pivot between accounts every couple of months so that each of our clients had some sort of SEO work happening with us. This allowed us to focus our efforts on other areas such as paid advertising, strategy, website development, messaging, and design.

Each of our clients that were worked on were able to get their basic SEO taken care of did see results and improvements in their keyword rankings based on the goals and target keywords that we set together.

We are a leader in cloud-based HRMS software products, operating across multiple countries in South East Asia. I work here as the Head of Engineering to oversee major portions of software development in relation to our core product line.

Being a Technology company, we have quite a few ongoing SaaS and microservice-oriented projects. And additional help from expert teams would be a good value add to us, which is why we had trusted some of these projects' Sensation Solutions teams.

The goals of each of them would be to follow an agile process and deliver high-quality web-based, microservice-oriented, and API-based solutions based on high-level user stories and specifications. In addition, there were market and user research projects done with Sensation team as well.

We initially started our engagement with them with a very small cloud software delivery project, which helped us evaluate their team and the engagement model. After the successful completion of this trial, we were quite happy and satisfied with their team’s capability, quality of work, and timeliness. And so this served as a trust factor and basis for us to continue choosing them for much more impactful and high-severity projects as time progressed.

The scope of the project was to create a cloud-native, web-based application using AWS, .Net Core, Angular and Dapper

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The code, scripts, and documentation were delivered on time. There were occasions during the project where there were scenarios where even our own internal business teams had missed - and Sensation Solutions team came to the rescue - uncovering those scenarios and delivering to make sure that all of those use cases were met.

We have worked with multiple vendors on projects of a very comparable nature. Some key points that stood out would be that, their team is very proactive in identifying items of escalations/clarifications when it comes to deadlines and quality. Even items that we had missed initially during the project scoping phase (internally) were pointed out by our company at the right time so that there were no adverse impacts.

There was always constant communication and we didn’t feel left out in the dark. The project manager or the developer would always keep us updated on the key updates, progress and blockers regularly. Additionally they were gracious enough to accommodate some of our change requests without additional charges as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Down to earth and trustable while maintaining their quality. I notice that there are other vendors out there who may turn out to be arrogant, given that their upkeep of capability and quality is high; however, with Sensation solutions - it's the opposite. The humane, down-to-earth, and pragmatic team still maintains their standard of work at a good price.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have simultaneously worked on multiple projects with them (which means there were multiple teams involved simultaneously at certain points of time). At such occasions, we had faced the minor challenge of having to communicate certain things multiple times across the multiple teams for the sake of consistency.

It may be good to have a portfolio sync up internally to make sure that all the communications from our company are synced up to all their relevant project teams in the portfolio so that the information is dissipated.

As with all software...constant testing and QA seems to be always necessary...
