A continous growing of the sales in real time during the customisation period of the collaboration and directly related to the actions recommended by the vendor. My level of knowledge and control as well improved a lot during the collaboration.

The have a clear and logic workflow which give the client a clear expectation for the timings and that expectation is fulfilled. They put the client and his needs at the center of the workflow and they advise together with the client how the things should be done (sometimes the client wants something which is not always in his advantage due to lack of experience in the field, and they involve in this part too, advise and recommend, which is great plus)

The way they involve in the project as in a business, in a strategical way.

Not only in a technical way making an online shop/website and deliver product/service as requested, but advising, explaining and helping for the best decision.

Nothing to improve from my point of view. I already receommended and I would recommend SensMedia for any business.
