Sellucent supported us right after our crowdfunding campaign ended. We had a large number of backer orders to fulfil and wanted to launch the product properly on Amazon UK at the same time. Their team handled the FBA inbound process smoothly, optimised our listing, and set up the initial advertising campaigns. Within the first three months we saw strong early sales momentum and the product started ranking organically. Communication was clear and professional throughout, and they made the transition from crowdfunding into a real Amazon sales channel much easier than we expected. We continue to work with them on ongoing account growth.

Within the first 90 days we achieved over 180% growth in monthly Amazon revenue versus the initial launch month.

Average ACOS stabilised at 22% with core campaigns reaching 4.5x ROAS. The product gained consistent organic ranking improvements, backer orders were fulfilled without major issues, and Amazon became a reliable ongoing revenue channel beyond the crowdfunding campaign.

We had clear oversight on their online platform, so communication was clear and regular, and they responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed adjustments around inventory or campaign performance. Overall they were responsive, organised, and reliable throughout the engagement.

What stood out most was the combination of hands-on Amazon expertise and the client portal they gave us access to. It made it easy to track key metrics, campaign performance, and inventory status in one place without constantly chasing updates. 

They felt like a genuine extension of our team rather than a typical agency, and the level of transparency through the portal was something we hadn’t experienced with other partners.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sellucent Amazon Consulting could have done differently?

Overall the experience was very positive and we don’t have major areas for improvement. One small suggestion would be to share slightly more detailed written recommendations alongside the portal updates, as this would have made it even easier for our internal team in China to review and discuss next steps. That said, communication was already clear and the results spoke for themselves.
