I’m the president of Pat Technology Systems Inc. We design, develop, and fabricate fume extraction equipment for the commercial industrial market.

We needed a company that could handle a complete revamp of our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Seller's Bay, LLC to redesign our website WooCommerce and WordPress website. The site was intended to be a lead generation tool, so we wanted it to be a sophisticated representation of our company, products, and capabilities. We wanted it to give our customers and distributors a sense of stability and a deeper understanding of extraction for their particular needs.

We just finished the implementation of our new website design, and we’re so satisfied with Seller's Bay, LLC’s work that we contracted them again for SEO, PPC, and site maintenance. They use Ubersugggest and Semrush to evaluate our keywords, and we’re just about to start a PPC campaign with them based on some of their findings based on those two programs.

What is the team composition?

We work directly with Robert (Owner & Head of Online Marketing). He has a number of writers that write on our behalf, but I’ve never worked with them personally.

How did you come to work with Seller's Bay, LLC?

Robert actually reached out to us and was interested in purchasing one of our fume extraction equipment. He told me that we were quite difficult to find, and I told him that we were in the process of revamping our website and that we had just distributed an RFQ. He said that he would be very interested to see if he could fulfill the job for us, so we went with them for this project.

We’ve spent somewhere between $20,000-$25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve seen an improvement in our domain authority as well as a more active usage of our website. Aside from that, our web to lead business has quadrupled, and our closing ratio has gone up as well.

How did Seller's Bay, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Seller's Bay, LLC has performed very well in terms of project management. They always make us aware of the scope creep and are very patient with us when we cause delays to the project. But the most important thing is that they do everything they promise they would do.

We typically communicate through phone and email once or twice every week.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I understand print media pretty well, but I don't really understand the digital side. I really appreciate Seller's Bay, LLC for helping me understand how investing in the digital platform could monetize our business better and make our brand more visible.

Keep in mind that there are a lot of variables with projects like these, so make sure that your desired schedule and timeline are attainable.

I’m the owner of a small business that makes custom furniture, cabinets, and interior decorations.

What challenge were you trying to address with Seller's Bay, LLC?

A large portion of our sales are run through Etsy and we have to send a mockup preview of every product since they’re all personalized. This meant we’d have to create variations of each to get more customers. We hired Seller’s Bay to create a custom platform so our end-users could create their own mockups without us interacting with them.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built a custom site that has a single page. They customized a plug-in to fit our needs and let users create an exact mockup of our product without help from anyone. It has several options built into it, like 25 different color options and it is completely customizable to set your own settings.

I worked directly with one member of their team, Robert (Founder).

I found them online and reached out directly to make sure they could facilitate our needs.

We spent $1,500. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our project ran from around March–April 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

In the time since the site has been active, we have sold about 500 units and we’ve received all positive feedback from the end-user. They’ve remarked on how what they generate on the site matches what we were able to create. 

How did Seller's Bay, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They managed the project extremely well. Robert was quick to communicate. He made sure that if he sent an email and I didn’t respond, he’d call me right away to make sure I received the communication. We basically communicated through just phone and email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their customer service and the quality of their product were most impressive. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything — it all went very well.

I’d recommend consulting with them and allow them to determine the best avenue to meet your end goals.

I’m a Corvette restoration and specialty shop. Since 1968, we’ve done complete restorations, performance work, and paint jobs on Corvettes.

We were trying to find ways to market our business online so more people could find it. Initially, when I reached out to Seller’s Bay, we were selling tubular chassis’ for restomods on Corvettes. That’s something that became very popular, so I wanted to reach a national audience.

As far as I know, we only worked with Robert (Owner & Head of Online Marketing).

How did you come to work with Seller’s Bay, LLC?

Honestly, I don’t remember how I found Robert, but I contacted him about 15 years ago for our first website.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $5,000–$6,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started in June 2005. Our last update was about five years ago, and Robert performs ongoing maintenance for us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Over the years, Robert has updated our site three times. I’ve always been very pleased with their work. I haven’t really monitored numbers a lot, but I know I get calls on a daily basis where people say that they’ve seen our website.

How did Seller’s Bay, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication has always been very good. Recently, Robert helped me put together new emails, which I hadn’t been taking advantage of. He helps us get that set up through our website with the right email.

When I have a question or concern, I reach out to him. He always responds quickly.

I always enjoy working with him. I don’t see why I won’t in the future.

There’s nothing I want or need to change.

About 3 meetings with Sellers Bay I decided that Robert seemed to be the most knowledgeable and genuine. So I had a meeting with him to review the direction we wanted to go with the website and implemented work on it. Since we have had numerous hits on the website and calls from potential customers.

Just Robert with Sellers Bay that I am aware of. I don't know how many in the background worked on it.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have had numerous calls driven through Google to our website since it was setup. Most recent is a potential new customer we are working with right across the street from our office.

Seller's Bay has been in constant communication with myself about development and the strategy of the website.

Robert is very professional and is very driven to get us to succeed through our website. He was continuously thinking of things to work on to drive activity to our website and took the lead every time.
