What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After three months, we’ve received an increase in leads as a response to their efforts. We have a custom panel for them to book demos directly with our sales reps, and that system has worked well.

The quality of the leads has improved over the course of the engagement, too. Initially, we had to do some poking and prodding to get things right. However, after some early feedback, they were able to make adjustments on the fly and conquer that learning curve.

They’re always very responsive, which has been helpful in our efforts to integrate them into our workflow. They were very communicative, providing us a Trello board containing status updates, feedback, and tasks. We’re doing things with them that they haven’t done before, but it’s still easy to manage because of this system.

Their willingness to try new things has really helped us out. We offer different services than they’re used to, and they were willing to give it a shot. They’ve been working hard to make the engagement a win-win situation for us both.

We have an upcoming meeting with them where we’ll discuss how to ramp up even more. Our team wants to increase our volume with them.

It was a very basic page. Since the timeline was so short, we didn’t want to make it very customized or fancy. The client wasn’t looking for an actual site, but a mockup for him to envision what the concept would look like. They used WordPress and created standalone pages with no functionality.

For the SEO project, they audited our site and provided recommendations. We agreed on a monthly goal and report. After developing a project plan, SeeResponse issued daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. For email marketing, their team files a different document for each campaign and its plan. SeeResponse drafts the graphics, landing pages, and any other content, then we provide our own feedback before the launch. Their team handles the quality control and campaign reporting on the projects.

They had one project manager who was our main point of contact. On the SEO front, they aligned with our senior SEO executive, one content editor, and one junior SEO implementation specialist. The email marketing team was primarily guided by the project manager. We did not deal directly with anyone else in regards to email marketing.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the first month, they fixed the entire back-end of the three websites and technical issues from an SEO perspective. Within the first three months, 9 of the 20 keywords featured in the top 10 with 2 keywords in the top 3 ranking. Within the first 6 months, 16 keywords featured in the top 10 with 11 keywords in the top 3 ranking. Organic traffic on site increased from 4% of overall traffic to 21% of overall traffic. Six to 7 email campaigns launched successfully every month and 250+ leads were generated for the sales team every month via email marketing.

Since they understand both B2B tech space, SaaS and marketing in depth, there was great synergy between both teams and our workflow yielded the maximum efficiency.

We were looking for a partner to help us build a custom contact list to support our client's outbound marketing efforts. This project was challenging as the client needed contacts with specific titles, from specific industries, and from companies with a certain range of revenue.
