We established processes that allowed both teams to move quickly but at the same time ensured that these processes are clean and clear, and so the data received can be inputted into our CRM very easily. And we've been able to engage potential customers, include them in the pipeline and many of them have converted to become paying customers as well.

Two, both co-founders at SeeResponse.

During the few months we've worked with SeeResponse we were able to scale our email send from a few hundred per month to a few thousand per month without triggering any email spam filters.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Between both teams, it was highly effective. Communications were great and the service from SeeResponse was always prompt.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They're a small team but highly effective in what they did. Prompt communication was a plus too.

We were struggling to run our own Email Campaigns and when we first found SeeResponse it was an instant hit. Sheena and Mukesh are so intelligent, work on their feet so fast, and are so thorough and everything they do not only at SeeResponse but with any and every marketing solution I've came to them with.
We hired them to run our Email Campaigns, find prospective new clients, and create these marketing funnels for us.

They are absolutely amazing at what they do. We haven't had a single problem and are so so so satisfied with our results thus far!

I created a marketing campaign for email, wrote out the copy, sent it to SeeResponse, we did a bunch of back and forth as they helped me better the script, then SeeResponse found me a list of thousands of prospective clients and we broke it down so we send our 5 step email drip campaign out to 1000 clients a week.
They helped me set up and manage a new email, they helped me set up a Calendly, and we have been getting demo call interest after demo call interest. It's a great funnel.

We did not have any video content and wanted to create an explainer video to live on the homepage of our website. We hired SeeResponse as we do not have internal resources to complete this project.
What were your goals for this project?
The goal of the video was to build brand awareness and trust in the brand as well as to improve our SEO. We were looking to perfect our elevator pitch and produce a beautiful video that would quickly explain SCALE's value proposition.
How did you select SeeResponse?
We had engaged SeeResponse on a number of initiatives and were always pleased with the level of their work and professionalism. Mukesh is a pleasure to work with; very calm and reassuring and always prepared with tangible solutions for our challenges.
When he told me they offered video production I immediately included them as one of the vendors I was considering. We ultimately chose SeeResponse because they guaranteed a quick turnaround, were very transparent with how the process would work, and their price was very competitive.
I knew from my experience working with Mukesh that the visuals would be sophisticated and consistent with our branding.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
The process was very collaborative. We first started by identifying the challenges SCALE's clients face. From there we worked together to build, edit, and refine a script. We then went through the storyboard process and refined the script even further.
I saw a first round of the video animation and we made some edits to the styling and graphics. Mukesh provided me with three VO options as well as background music options and I made a selection from each in the first round. It only took 2-3 rounds of edits before the video was in a place I was very proud of.
It was such a seamless and painless experience. I felt like they took my direction very well and also pushed back when they didn't agree, Mukesh kept the project moving at a steady pace and we were thrilled with the final product.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
I worked directly with Mukesh and he managed the team on his end. We were back and forth pretty consistently over the course of 4 weeks, but it never felt overwhelming or that the project was going in the wrong direction. In total there were approximately 4 rounds before the final product.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The month we updated our website with our video, we saw the highest number of new users on the website. Our Co-Founders were thrilled with the product and have asked to start our next one with SeeResponse. We intend to produce many more videos with them.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Extremely effective. We used Google docs for making revisions to the script and storyboard and Mukesh kept us on schedule through scheduling meetings through Zoom where he would share his screen and record our conversations to be able to reference when communicating to his team internally. He also used Trello for task management.

Their quick turnaround and balanced collaboration.

Increase our contact database with validated leads and launch email campaigns with active tracking and monitoring. Ultimate goal to generate new prospect meetings leading to increased sales.

I was familiar with the work SeeResponse has done at other companies and knew it was what I needed. It was much less expensive to outsource this work than to hire additional internal resources.

We provided a list of target companies and job titles and SeeResponse found the contacts we needed. These were feed into multiple email campaigns that were closely monitored and nurtured by SeeResponse. Once we got going our staff was only needed when a response we received and then our sales team could engage.

Many leads have been generated, unfortunately we had to pause the campaign during the pandemic shutdown but look forward to starting again soon.

I’m the COO of a cybersecurity company. We developed an innovative platform to secure enterprise data.
What challenge were you trying to address with SeeResponse?
We wanted to identify points of contact for potential channel distribution partners.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We provided a list of companies that we hoped to contact. SeeResponse created a list with points of contact according to our specific criteria such as officer titles, roles, and responsibilities for each of the companies that we identified.
What is the team composition?
We had a primary point of contact who farmed responsibilities to her team, so I don’t know how many people from SeeResponse have worked on our account over the course of our numerous engagements.
How did you come to work with SeeResponse?
SeeResponse reached out to us on LinkedIn. Their team was persistent, but not pushy or aggressive. They continued to offer their services in the event that we needed them. It happened to be that over the course of months, we found a need and attained their services. They're good, so we've retained them on a couple of occasions.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent less than $5,000 with them thus far. I don’t anticipate spending more than a couple thousand dollars a year at most.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began our engagement in October 2018 and continue to work together as needed.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They found the right contacts at our potential clients efficiently. Their team was helpful in identifying specific individuals to whom we can reach. In terms of the impact on our business, they made the sales process more direct and efficient for our sales development team.
How did SeeResponse perform from a project management standpoint?
We used an Excel spreadsheet for our list of companies. Then, they sent an updated list with contacts. They communicated clearly and efficiently. The project manager always responded quickly with updates when we had questions about the project. They delivered on schedule and hit their targets.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The consistency of the relationship stands out. Since the beginning, we’ve had the same point of contact. When we reach out to SeeResponse, we know who will respond and she’s always great. In the service industry, there’s a lot of churn, so it’s nice to have one point of contact that we know.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s anything that they need to improve. Frankly, we’ve been happy with their service. On occasion, there are small issues with the data but we point them out and their team corrects them quickly.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Communication is crucial. SeeResponse will provide exactly what’s asked of them. If you’re looking for a specific type of information, let them know exactly what you want because they will work hard to give you what you requested.

I am the Sales Engagement Specialist at Curacubby, a software company that serves early childhood learning centers and private schools.
For what projects/services did your company hire SeeResponse?
We hired SeeResponse to help us generate leads. Due to the nature of our product, we are not yet in a position to serve the entire market. This meant that I had to present SeeResponse with a complex list of suppression requirements.
What were your goals for this project?
We currently require SeeResponse to deliver at least 500 viable leads per week, and that number is rising fast as our sales team grows.
How did you select this vendor?
It was our CEO who selected SeeResponse, and to be honest, I am not certain how he connected with them. I do know we had been very disappointed with the other vendors we had tried. We had resorted to doing lead generation entirely in-house, and it was proving to be an unsustainable solution.
Describe the project in detail.
This project was quite straightforward. We delivered the suppression lists to SeeResponse, and they delivered a stream of viable leads.
What was the team composition?
We are a very small company. I am responsible for lead generation with the oversight of our CEO, and I am supported by a part-time intern.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The first batch of leads we received was not quite what we wanted. It included several contacts at many of the unique schools, and as we mostly do cold calls by phone at this stage, we require fewer contacts at a greater number of unique schools.
There were also a number of schools that were not a good fit for us at this time. I was able to work with Sheena, my contact at SeeResponse, to refine our suppression list and requirements, and the second batch of leads was infinitely better!
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow with SeeResponse is effortless. We place our batch orders, they deliver. If the results need refinement, negotiations are friendly and effective.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I find SeeResponse's flexibility and willingness to adapt remarkable. I don't know exactly what combination of tech and human wizardry they are using to find leads, but I do know that the results are impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Our process is to order large batches - say two or three thousand leads - and have them delivered piecemeal over the course of a few weeks. Sometimes the weekly delivery doesn't hit the 500 we want, but SeeResponse always delivers the complete batch (with a few extra to account for closed schools, etc.) by the final due date.

They helped us with marketing and sales. We provided them with an idea of our ideal audience candidate. They scanned their list of existing contacts and reached out to those that aligned with our needs. The team also called other potential customers on our behalf to discuss our product. Once those people were interested, they were set up on a demo call for our product.
What is the team composition?
I’m in contact with two people, but I’m sure there are others working in the background.
How did you come to work with SeeResponse?
They reached out to us and delivered their service pitch very effectively. Based on their ability to do that, we figured that they’re able to do their job well. After running a test case with them, they delivered the results we were looking for. That encouraged us to hire them.

We’ve spent between $5,000–$10,000 on their work.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started the collaboration in July 2019, and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
After three months, we’ve received an increase in leads as a response to their efforts. We have a custom panel for them to book demos directly with our sales reps, and that system has worked well.
The quality of the leads has improved over the course of the engagement, too. Initially, we had to do some poking and prodding to get things right. However, after some early feedback, they were able to make adjustments on the fly and conquer that learning curve.

They’re always very responsive, which has been helpful in our efforts to integrate them into our workflow. They were very communicative, providing us a Trello board containing status updates, feedback, and tasks. We’re doing things with them that they haven’t done before, but it’s still easy to manage because of this system.

Their willingness to try new things has really helped us out. We offer different services than they’re used to, and they were willing to give it a shot. They’ve been working hard to make the engagement a win-win situation for us both.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the senior VP of marketing at ChainWorks, a technology-based company. We provide blockchain solutions for enterprises. I take care of everything related to marketing, the website, the social media, the content marketing, and operational tasks for the whole company.
What challenge were you trying to address with SeeResponse?
We had a very new client and needed a two or three-page mockup for a website done within a couple of days.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I gave them the requirements I already had charted out. Sheena (Founder & COO, SeeResponse) worked with her team in India to get it delivered before we'd even boarded the flight to meet the client.
It was a very basic page. Since the timeline was so short, we didn’t want to make it very customized or fancy. The client wasn’t looking for an actual site, but a mockup for him to envision what the concept would look like. They used WordPress and created standalone pages with no functionality.
