Reveal Cannabis is a cannabis education agency located in Ontario, Canada. We are passionate about changing the narrative on healthy cannabis use through the power of education. I am the founder and CEO.

For what projects/services did your company hire Seeker Solution?

I needed a business plan, and I needed it fast!

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Jamie (Founder & Principal Consultant) was recommended by a colleague. Although she was incredibly busy (and even leaving on vacation) she took me on as a client and helped me work through the plan in an extremely efficient manner. I appreciated her ability and willingness to do so on such a short timeline.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

Jamie walked me through a series of about nine steps to get me set up with a business plan. As I'm NOT a particularly business savvy person, having her break it up into steps I could follow was extremely helpful. After completing each part of the plan on my own, I'd send it to Jamie for review. At the end of the process we met again to go through the entire thing and make sure I understood it.

It was just me and Jamie.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

I needed the business plan in order to work on financing and it worked! The plan was extremely detailed and allowed me to move forward with a contract.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely. I mentioned that Jamie was on vacation for most of our time together, yet she was always there to answer my questions or shoot me a quick email. She ensured that as soon as she was back we were able to meet and finalize the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Jamie worked her ass off for me. She came to the table prepared, kept me accountable and delivered everything she promised on time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Absolutely not. Everyone needs Seeker Solution in their business.

I’m the owner of Teaspressa. We manufacture teas and sell them at retail.

What challenge were you trying to address with Seeker Solution?

I needed help with our organizational, operational, and human resources processes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Seeker Solution provides HR services, financial planning, and business consulting services for us. They help us with our business and production planning efforts and provide financial guidance to help us stay on budget in terms of executing various business plans. Aside from that, they also handle a number of operational processes in HR, logistics, and strategy.

How did you come to work with Seeker Solution?

Seeker Solution was recommended to us by an acquaintance, and we chose to work with them because they offered customized solutions that are very applicable to our business.

How much have you invested with them?

We pay them somewhere around $50,000 per year, so I’d say we’ve spent around $200,000 in total so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2017, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Seeker Solution’s services have definitely become an integral part of our everyday operations. We measure their success based on the completion of their tasks as well as how smoothly our operations are going.

How did Seeker Solution perform from a project management standpoint?

Seeker Solution has performed very well in terms of project management. In fact, we’ve never had any problems with them — they communicate well and are always on top of their tasks.

We primarily communicate with them through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m really impressed with Seeker Solution's hands-on approach and flexibility. I appreciate how quick they are in adapting to the changes in our business operations.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to trust their system and go with their plans. It’s really hard to let go of what you’re used to, but that’s what you have to do in order to grow and move forward.
