We have been working with Seek since 2018 implementing different kinds of digital products. In 2022 we moved to a partnership model in order to have squads for the different digital products developed with them previously in order to provide continuous improvement and evolution of these products. In consequence, currently we have 5 squads with competencies in UX/UI as well as software development.

These squads are working on the following products:

• Tinka Express
• La Polla
• Iflex Virtualizado
• Ticket Digital
• PAM and also providing supports in complementary requirements such as DevOps activities or technical maintenance of other products.

Seek works in squads where each squad has competencies in UX/UI as well as software development. Each squad is composed of a staff provided by Seek (Product owner, Frontend developer, Backend developer, QA engineer) as well as staff from La Tinka (Product Manager, Technical Product Owner) in order to conform a cross functional team. Seek works with Agile mindset and practices.

They use Scrum framework’s guidelines with 2 weeks of duration sprints and generating indicators to measure workload in order to ensure high quality products deployed.

As part of our digital transformation goals, we had the challenge to re-design our corporate website along with other important digital platforms. This included an in-depth research process that would allow us to align business goals with our user needs, that would later act as an important pillar throughout the design and tech development process. Seek also created a custom software developed platform that would allow us to create multiple landing pages for our digital campaigns, along with other digital plataforms.
