We found 3–4 vulnerabilities, and they weren’t too serious. We fixed them, but the improvement in our IT environment’s security wasn’t noticeable because they weren’t huge holes.

The project resulted in a clearly improved and verified level of security across our IT environment. All critical findings were addressed and successfully confirmed during the post-implementation retest, giving us confidence that we operate in line with the highest security standards. This significantly increased our sense of control and peace of mind regarding the protection of our employees’ and clients’ data.
The primary indicators were the audit reports provided by Securitum, which included a clearly structured list of identified issues and recommended improvements. We used this report as a roadmap for remediation. Progress was measured by addressing the listed findings and validating the results through post-implementation testing, which confirmed that the identified vulnerabilities had been effectively resolved.

Securitum demonstrated strong and reliable project management throughout the engagement. They delivered all agreed milestones on time, remained flexible and understanding when delays occurred on our side, and actively supported us in adjusting the scope and solutions to fit our specific needs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was Securitum’s very human, relationship-driven approach. There was always direct contact with real experts, not automated systems or sales-driven communication. They focused on our actual needs, never pushing unnecessary services, and proposed a well-thought-out testing plan with a sensible order of next steps. 
They were also flexible in structuring the scope and payments over time.Importantly, even after the project was completed, they never closed the door to further contact and continued to be available for consultation and support.

It’s difficult to point to any areas for improvement. Other companies could take Securitum as a benchmark for exemplary customer service, starting from the very first inquiry. In practice, the relationship does not end with the completion of the project — they remain engaged and supportive long after delivery.
