Search Bloom took over managing our website and made it function as well as possible while they built us a new one. They worked on developing a successful SEO and PPC base for our products and continue to manage it. They also helped us get our Facebook advertising off the ground.

I’m the CFO and contract administrator for River Fly-In Condominiums LLC. We’re a condominium development company in central Florida.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Searchbloom helps us drive traffic to our website to attract interested buyers in our new development areas. For keyword research, they’ve given us a preliminary presentation that highlights keywords that are relevant to our goals. Apart from that, they’ve provided us with another list of keywords and search terms that have been built off of the preliminary list. 

Our relationship has evolved a little bit in the past — they not only provide us now with SEO services, but they also use their expertise to develop our website further. We consult them on how we can make the site more user-friendly and accessible. 

In terms of technology, they’re using a number of in-house tools along with publicly available tools, such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager.

We’ve worked with 4–5 people, including Cody (CEO & Founder), Alec (Partner & Team Lead), and Jonathan (Senior Director of Operations). 

How did you come to work with Searchbloom?

I had a contact in Searchbloom, so I reached out and let him know about the project. I gave them our website and had an introductory meeting with Cody. He’d put together a presentation for me, which was extremely informative. It was already beneficial to us even though we hadn’t engaged them fully yet. They had so much good information in that presentation that it convinced us to work with them.

We started working together in October 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

It’s taken us a while to set up metric tracking on Google Analytics, but we’re going over that soon. For some of the important search terms we’re targeting, we’re now on the first page of Google search results, up from being on the third or fourth page. In other words, we’ve had some highly positive results in terms of moving up the search engine rankings with those search terms. On top of that, our traffic is trending upwards. 

How did Searchbloom perform from a project management standpoint?

Searchbloom’s communication is fantastic. We have biweekly meetings, and I get updates every week or multiple times per week. The team finishes deliverables quickly after they’re initiated. 

In fact, some things are planned a month in advance. If there’s any delay, it’s usually because of us. For instance, we can’t deliver what they need from us on time. Overall, Searchbloom sets reasonable deadlines; they under-promise and over-deliver. To communicate, we mainly use Zoom and email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication is top-notch. On top of that, they have a great ability not only to track metrics but also to come up with a plan to capitalize on them. We’ve had a great experience. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Searchbloom could have better onboarding materials or explanations for people unfamiliar with SEO or not technologically savvy. Things like SEO terminologies can be intimidating for these people. 

To be fair, I personally haven’t had any problem with it. Searchbloom has done a great job explaining things that we don’t understand. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Take plenty of notes. Moreover, you can benefit greatly from having an initial meeting with them. The meeting is highly informative and provides plenty of metrics and data. You can learn so much from that initial call.

I am the chief financial officer of an accounting and advisory firm. We focus on companies within the United States and provide fractional CFO Services, management consulting, and controller services.

Searchbloom manages all aspects of our SEO and PPC campaigns. For SEO, they manage our website's technology to ensure it is fast and meets googles requirements. For on-page optimization, they manage all things related to relevance including metadata, headings, images, and content. For PPC, they manage landing pages, campaigns, keywords, ads (both search and display), and all things related therein. Results are key deliverables for us and they are astounding!

We work with several people at Searchbloom. Primarily my direct point of contact oversees all campaigns, provides updates, and we meet regularly. We love having one point of contact that manages everything for us.

Since implementing our SEO and PPC campaigns our results have been quite remarkable. For SEO, our top keywords are now ranking within the top 5 positions within 6 months. For PPC, we generate leads that are high-quality and cost-effective CPA.

I like that Searchbloom is prompt and on top of it. In addition, they are extremely transparent. We receive updates regularly. I wouldn't trust my digital marketing with any other agency.

I like that they don't work with clients unless they know they will generate a return on the client's investment. I also appreciate the partnership approach instead of my firm being just another client. They truly feel like an extension of our company and they care about our results.

Not at this time. We are VERY happy with our decision to partner with Searchbloom.

Regarding the process, we’re working collaboratively on keyword research; they’ve asked me for my top ten keywords, which they’ve analyzed, and recommended ones I wasn’t aware of. Their services also include blog posts, content writing for category pages, and website optimization to make it faster.

We’ve seen an increase in traffic and keyword positioning — we’re ranking on the first page of results. We know that SEO is a long-term project, but we’re satisfied with Searchbloom’s results overall.

Project management is great; the budget is fixed, so they always stay within it, and communication is very good too. Regarding tools and communication, we have biweekly meetings via Zoom, constant phone calls to review the project, and weekly emails from our account manager to keep us updated on the process. We also use Google Docs to go over any content we want to share. Moreover, Searchbloom has a 90-day work plan, and we have a lot of input on that.

I love that searchbloom always do a site audit. It sets the tone for understanding where you are with the business and how they can help you to improve. As well as giving you a foundation course in understanding SEO. Its a moving goal post and most companies do not understand the significance or the need to be in control of your SEO strategy.

Once this is established they then work on fixing the critical issues on a 90 day plan, the 90 day plans enables you to also fix what key issues are important as well as address any changes within the business such as acquisition to adjust the plan.

We had normally 2 people working on the account on a regular basis as a project manager and an SEO team lead.

At my most recent company they improved organic search by 87%. At the previous company which was a large enterprise established business they grew search by a steady 25% year over Year.

They are total partners in your business and treat you as such. Fantastic friendly and honest company to do business with. They would tell you the brutal truth to make things better, which was what you wanted them to do. The initial audit for my last company was horrendous and the improvements caused a 87% year over year growth in organic search in just 8 months.

They are so collaborative and I love the strategy documents with the 90 day plan - they make sure you are covering the key elements to get you the results that you need but they also listen to feedback and adapt the plan to also cater for internal changes.

Nope worked with them in 2 companies and they have been fantastic in both.

We're on pace for 100% organic traffic growth YoY, with growth in PPC metrics as well.

The quality of deliverables during the initial discovery outperformed what I've seen from other agencies a year in. Simply put, they have their head-on straight and are experts in their fields.

The communication has been exceptional. We meet bi-weekly to review progress, reports, and action plans. In addition, the Searchbloom team has created multiple dashboards to be completely transparent. They even worked with our data team to create a dashboard on our tooling, which is over and above our expectations. They always accommodate our needs and make sure everything is current and clear.

The personal relationships. PPC and SEO can be a black box and with enough money, you can drive results. But Searchbloom has taken our needs and approach to heart, crafting a specific plan of attack that fits everything we need.
