I am the Founder of Savo Store Inc. We are an e-commerce and Logistics company with operations in Huntington Beach California, Dubai, UAE and Nairobi, Kenya. We serve clients in emerging markets by helping them acquire consumer and capital goods from the US market.

We started working with SBG with the goal of building a new website from which we can process customer orders and showcase products that we have for sale.

We'd been looking for a firm that could handle the scale and complexity of the project that was ahead of us. SBG came highly recommended from a company we'd partnered with in the past. We spoke to Ron and felt very comfortable working with him.

The scope of the project covered building an e-commerce website that would allow our clients to request quotes for the products that they wanted. There is no out of the box solution that enables quote requests, and therefore we needed SBG to custom build an application to enable this.

The team at SBG has been super easy to work with. They take their time to understand the UX and functionality that we want. Due to the complexity of placing an order with us, we are very surgical about how customers interact with our website. SBG is very much on the same page with us regarding customer experience.

The workflow has been great. We use Slack and Invision to manage the project. They are quite responsive and strict in meeting deilvery timelines.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The level of skill in web development has been very impressive to us. They are keen on building us a web site that will allow us to place little reliance on web developers going forward.

They could increase the variety of services that they offer.

We started seeing the beauty of the redesigned website and its functionality with 60 days. Members were very impressed with the the ease in navigating , registering and finding current and future events. No more clusters in email marketing just plain simple and beautiful pages.

Workflow and working with Search and Business team was amazing not to mention our open dialogue that made things very easy.

We were a new restaurant when we initiated our relationship. We had no online presence since we were new to the area. SBG helped us reach all online #1 rankings throughout our relationship, they also helped me tremendously with website design and graphic design.

Our goal was to beat our local competitors to all the best key words for a mexican restaurant. We eventually ranked #1 in all key words thanks to the expertise of Ron and his team. We created a user friendly website as well and graphic designing for our menus and other marketing material.

We would meet at the beginning once a month in person. Once I fully understood what the plan was and how it was going to develop,since i did not know how SEO worked and why it was needed, we started to meet online through video chat. Thanks to the team that helped me understand and had help me grow my business every year. Every year since i been in business, we have grown and SBG's work has a big part to do with our overall growth.

There were 3 individuals, one was a graphic designer who I shared ideas with. One was a writer, they would write out Blogs for my website and Ron was the one i mainly communicated with, we shared many ideas but not just that, we built a friendship over time and i truly enjoyed this time we have spent working together.

Yes, well whenever somebody seraches key words for my business, for example: Tacos, taco tuesday, mexican food, etc., Taqueros always ranks #1 among-st all local restaurants. SBG also helped build out my website, www.taquerosmexicanfood.com.

It was always very open, willing to listed to each others ideas and point of views, always came to a mutual understanding, very easy to manage and anytime i had a question, they would not hesitate to help me out.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

There results and how quickly they achieved them. We both thought it was going to take more time to get us ranked but that turned out to be false, we ranked within the top 5 in 3 months. They know what they are doing, i just let them do what they thought was best, i would mainly share input on the graphic design and specials we ran.

There is always room for improvement and i have no doubt that Ron will always keep learning and improve.

Any time i needed to reach him in regards to a question, he was promptly available and helpful. Once we integrated the API keys needed we ran some tests to make sure things were running smoothly.

after running a few tests to make sure the process ran smoothly, we felt confident to launch this website to our clients.

Our communication was done via phone or zoom. I like the way Ron handled our project using screen share. He was also hands on when it came to getting through our technical difficulties, staying on the phone while I talked with customer service. In regards to timelines, Ron met them al in a timely manner.

The attentiveness that Ron gave our project was definitely appreciated. All of the timelines that discussed were met and the pricing was fair. Overall great company to work with.
