1. Enhanced ease of use for our clients who created content, accessed reports, dashboards and created employee engagement activities on the LMS. This was measured through qualitiative feedback, and also increase in average time spent on the LMS.
2. Increase in time spent by learners (average session time) on mobile, after we deployed the simple but sleek new user interface.
3. Helped decision makers to shortlist us as the easiest LMS to get started with, as learning curves were reduced for both L&D teams and frontline workers.

• It was a breeze working with their PM and rest of the team. They were easy to reach out to and what stood out was their availability. We had a clear kick-off plan, submitted our requirements and then had weekly review sessions where they valued our feedback.
• They understood our industry, target audiences (L&D and HR teams, and frontline staff), and the need to design something that was not just aesthetically pleasing, but very simple to use for admins and learners.
• Their ability to share insights about our own industry, and integrate them into the product was unparalleled. Their ability to prioritise was commendable, as ours was an enterprise product with dozens of features.

Partnering with ScreenRoot Technologies was the first and single most important decision I took as a founder of a Sports Tech startup. With ScreenRoot Technologies, we found a true collaborator to help transform our ideas into a digital sports solution. User experience was always given the highest priority. As in any tech development life cycle, there were challenges, bugs, roadblocks, and occasional pivots.

However, Priyanka and the team were always available, and just a phone call away, which was very reassuring. Our ad-hoc requests were handled in an expedited manner, and we were kept in the loop. Getting an outsider's perspective was crucial in discovering our weaknesses, with multiple suggestions offered for drastic improvements.

We removed unnecessary features, explored better ways of communicating our core functionality, and prioritized a redesign to take advantage of newer opportunities that we had not considered before the review. It's details like these that help us effectively expand and grow.

The project managers were easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. As because of the pandemic all communications were made online but this did not hamper the work productivity for us. Everything was delivered on time and we received ample warning if a deadline wasn't going to be met.

We needed to revamp our website — it was 4–5 years old and we also wanted to redesign and redevelop it, which is where ScreenRoot came in.

They've redesigned the website completely from scratch. They've used PHP, custom CSS, and CMS. Additionally, the major work that ScreenRoot has been involved in is around designing the UI/UX of the website.

What is the team composition?

There are two full-time people who were in touch with us. In addition to that, there are multiple people behind the scenes. There is also another development agency involved and some seniors who join calls.

How did you come to work with ScreenRoot?

We were scouting through a lot of other agencies. Since we are a company within a $15 billion group, a lot of other companies within our group had worked with ScreenRoot before, so we got good references from them.

Our IT team had also evaluated their quality of work and they gave us a thumbs up. We also had three agencies do some pitch presentations and ScreenRoot was the best.

We’ve spent roughly $60,000.

We started working together in January 2021 and our partnership is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It's been around a month since we went live with the website. We're still stabilizing it for the different performance parameters, but within the next few months, we will be able to measure new visitors, page load speed, rankings, and other KPIs. Currently, the conversion rates for the landing pages are very nice.

We don't use any project management tools and communication is typically through Teams, WhatsApp, and calls.

ScreenRoot’s design process and skills are most impressive. They bring their skilled design team to the table very well and it has been a major differentiator.
