• rade Show Playbook — creating a repeatable pre, during, and post event framework

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Website redesign: minimal revision cycles for a full site redesign, signaling strong alignment between Scopic's understanding of the brand and stakeholder expectations from the start. 

Brand Perception The most notable qualitative outcome was the shift in how the website reads to visitors. The site moved from a startup-feeling presence to one that projects established, professional credibility.

Strategic Clarity The LinkedIn content strategy was clearly defined, with content pillars, posting cadence, and a newsletter approach documented and ready for execution. This gives us a structured framework to build on rather than posting reactively.

Scopic's project management reflects a well-run, low-friction engagement. The standout indicator was efficiency in execution: both the website redesign and brand guidelines progressed through development with minimal revisions, a sign that Scopic's discovery process accurately captured K&A's requirements up front rather than relying on multiple rounds of trial and error. It was a pleasure working with Celeste and her team.

Scopic's ability to deliver on time, while maintaining quality and efficiency, was impressive. Furthermore, they communicated with kindness and clarity.  Above all, it was the humanity and friendliness with which they communicated that made us feel like we were friends working together on a project rather than just being a simple business transaction.

The capacity to meet all of our needs in one place, coordinate, manage and organize complex, multifacted projects, while keeping everyone on budget and on time. And they are really fun to work with!

I would love to have a discussion about agenda items for upcoming meetings so that we can be sure we are getting in our questions and needs in meetings, which are incredibly effectively run but don't always leave time for our questions and needs.
