We considered multiple partners however the guaranties and the level of businesses they could help us secure made us choose them.

We were looking to support our ads with a new channel to acquire customers. We decided to have them execute our Linkedin Outreach strategy while prospecting companies aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile.

We worked with 3 people, the CEO, the Head of Client Development and an account manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

They gave us a consistent flow of leads and allowed us to have more more meetings with potential clients (9 in our first month of engagement) . We were able to close our first deal after one month of engagement.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were having weekly meetings with their team and had daily communication via slack to ensure that on a day to day basis we knew what new leads were interested in booking meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their approach was extremely organised, and they gathered all the information they needed from us at the kick-off. That way, they allowed us to focus on our most critical business activities while they reached out to the right people.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We went after too many industries at the start however they recommended we focus on a few verticals in which we have slid case studies to ensure that we don't have a broad approach.

We had a number of initial Discovery calls to help put together the scope of the project, as well as provide all the relevant context. Scale Rex then put started to put together all the relevant lead lists, email copies, email sequences, etc. Scale Rex managed the outreach efforts completely & booked in all the new lead calls in our diary.

Communication with their team was seamless, we had our initial Discovery Calls, and thereafter, it was a weekly checkin call. The team are very responsive over Email as well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are willing to go above and beyond for you as a customer, and even helped us with some of our own internal sales processes & tools, completely Free of charge. I have been very impressed with the results and will continue to use Scale Rex to support our campaigns.
