ScalaCode developed a full AI tool that could read emotional shifts from our coaching input forms and session notes. They built a dashboard that shows stress signals, added a chatbot prototype, and integrated everything into our existing learning system smoothly.

The AI now helps our coaches catch warning signs way earlier. One participant even said the system felt like it “knew” what they needed. We’re seeing more meaningful conversations and better engagement across the board, especially during 1:1 coaching.
